Peeps, wake and smell the, I forget what you supposed to smell. Album covers and inlays nowadays have less creativity than ever before. Why? Why? Why? It's all because of digital downloading, itunes. Recording artists now choose to have only their face or anything identifiable on the cover for downloaders to easily recognize their albums when they're browsing online. Yes, it's sad that even artistry in album covers is declining.

I just hope I can find one here. Nagkukumahog ako dati sa "The Suburbs", hindi ko nahanap dati, gladly, I found it, sana pati "Torches" meron din dito sa branch namin.

Yeah, Pitchfork is one of the toughest critics around. Actually, they only review alternative/indie albums so they will not review other genres like pop. I believe though that what they review is serious and too critical but I just can't believe some of their reviews are unbelievable like Radiohead's "Kid A" giving a perfect 10/10. If I were Pitchfork, yes, it was one of Radiohead's best albums but not entirely perfect. Just 9.3/10 for me.
Well, thing about Pitchfork is that their point system is concise. It's literally to a point. It will get anybody to frown upon an album that gets the perfect score. Just FYI, Kanye West got the perfect 10 as well for his album My Dark Beautiful Twisted Reality.

I like FTP's Houdini, call it what you want, pumped up kicks, life on the nickel, pumped up kicks, and more.

Plus plus Cubbie Fink's awesome awesome fashion.

Like MGMT said, "Don't believe everything that you read (even on Pitchfork.com)."

I don't really care about their critics/reviews, As long as I'm enjoying the music.

In my opinion, Torches is one of the best albums this year along with Lykke Li's Wounded Rhymes.

The third single is Don't Stop (Color On The Walls).

Point taken. That's why sometimes, I agree, sometimes not. I mean by not, if I am the critic, I would give a high score. Yeah, "Torches", one of the best albums this year with Lykke Li's sexy album.

Spot on. Actually, I know about Kanye West though. There are like 8 albums that Pitchfork gave a perfect 10.

Because "Don't Stop" is already on that car commercial, they might as well make it a single. Love the Miley shoes reference.
