I've always had a soft spot for Aston Villa and I used to know a lot of their fans, it's kinda sad seeing the state they're in at the moment. I get the feeling the owner and board are no longer willing to bankroll the club and selling three of their best players (Friedel, Young and Downing) will make it almost impossible to challenge for a European spot. Really think they'll struggle this year, if they get off to a bad start the fans will be after Mcleish, he's already not the most popular person in the City of Birmingham
