Qualifications:
Must have above average scholastic standing (part of the top 25% of the graduating class)
Has the innate passion and desire to do software development (design and programming) for personal career advancement
Willing to undergo comprehensive, rigid, elimination-type of hands-on and classroom training for 1-2 months
Prior project experience in any .Net programming language a plus
Has the initiative to go the extra mile to meet deliverables if necessary
Has the ability to thrive under pressure-packed, fast-paced working environment where you will be constantly exposed to foreign clients
Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must have good people skills and highly adaptable in dealing with different types of people
Must be a self-starter with a learning attitude to learn on his own and work with minimal supervision
