What are the Best Games With Replay Value for You and Why??

I'm always looking for games I'd be willing to play over and over again for whatever reason's it may have, e.g. for its story, change in level of difficulty, ending, class, race or multiplayer capability. Any genre across all platforms maybe listed.

i got some games in mind; pero puro pang PC

The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion PC - an obvious choice because you can play with 'any class' of different race, male or female. i clocked more than 170 hours on my first character alone with the 2 expansions it had (Knights of The Nine & Shivering Isles

The Witcher 2 PC - 16 different endings. i manage to play this game twice and found only 4 of them with minor tweaks in the end game. looking at Triss's derriere again and again has its perks anyway .

Mass Effect 1 & 2 PC - i have 2 different game saves arching over the 2 games that might have different endings on ME3. 2012 pa nga lang yata release nito.

Diablo 2 PC - i lost track how much i lost building and playing ALL the classes nung kainitan pa ng game na ito.

Titan Quest w/ Immortal Throne expansion PC - i just discovered this Diablo 2 clone as equally addictive with better graphics and auto-sorting of loot (thank gawd) in game. a ton of different classes and mastery that you can mix and match.

thats all i can think of right now.

NoX - Westwood... sobrang enjoyable ang gameplay kaysa Diablo 1 and 2... mas ok pa nga to kaysa Dungeon Siege 3 (nalaro ko to most likely around 70 times)

Neverwinter Nights 1 -Bioware... daming characters + great mechanics + lupit ng plot

Jade Empire -Bioware... Sarap ng Martial Arts RPG

Tiberian Sun / Red Alert 2 -Westwood... Fun Old School Strategy Game

Samurai Warriors 2 / Dynasty Warriors 6 -Koei ... Sarap pumatay ng around 500-1000 enemies per map

i still have the NWN 3 Game Boxset De Luxe Ed. with Shadows of Unrentide & Hordes of the Underdark. may kingmaker, shadowguard at wtchs wake mods included. nakatago lang save games ko dito and i still play with my Sorceror & bard if feeling nostalgic sometimes

Re: Nox, sikat kasi masyado Diablo those days kaya i really thought it was just another clone that time.

Darklands. How good is this RPG? It's a DOS-based game which I still sometimes run under DOSbox. There's no "magic" You create potions through alchemy and pray to saints to cleanse altars.

X-Com UFO Defense. This turn-based strategy game is again DOS-based that's often said as the best game of all time. Zap down alien craft, engage them on the ground and then reverse engineer their tech. Nothing is quite as satisfying as blowing up a group of mind-controlled Snakemen with a Blaster Launcher

Civ 4. World domination in a box. Nuff said.

Baldur's Gate 2. Possibly the best RPG of all time. Excellent story, memorable characters and deep Dungeons and Dragons lore. A den of stinking evil. Cover your nose Boo! We will leave no crevice untouched!

really need this to grow on me, i got turned off with the graphics when i tried it pero its my loss i guess. Good news from E3 though, when it showed the latest iteration available on ALL platforms. may pag-asa pa ako to enjoy this classic game, hopefully.

Sorry to tell this to you but the upcoming x-com game has little to do with the revered old game except the name. It's a totally different game just bearing the name X-Com to lure unsuspecting people.

yup, the strategy part was toned down if not fully, FPS na siya.

RE: strategy games, more of card battle game actually pero turn-based din haha.

I never grew tried playing the old Microprose Magic The Gathering-Duels of The Planeswalker released way back 1997.

It's visually poor pero it doesn't matter as long as you can see the cards. May pagka-RPG siya and I've always tried saving Shandalar trying different decks i can imagine from the fairly wide selection of rare cards. Galing yata sa 4th Ed, Arabian Nights, Antiquities The Legend and The Dark expansion sets yung pool ng cards.

Then, kahit wala ka nung mga rare cards at least you can build Discarders, Sligh or Aggro decks as if you owned one . lalo na ngayon medyo matanda to mingle with the younger players . But i still do have all of my decks from college days (collection).

i know there's a newer game that came out pero i dont have it yet. multiplayer galore over the net.

miss those days trading, hunting for rare cards sa Cubao at Ali Mall and even in the old Fiesta Carnival. there's a good shop behind UST too pero puro computer shops na siya ngayon. can't remember the name. teka OT na pala

i did enjoy Dragon Age: Origins & DAO Awakening and played it twice with hopeful saves 'still' waiting for a continuation (meron pa ba? or DAO2 covered it already?) . Its good that you enjoyed DAO 2, i stayed away from it when i learned that its an Action/RPG.

DAO 2 is an ok game....definitely not as good as DAO but there are stll some fun parts....The thing that irritated me is the fact that it's just too short for an rpg game....Act 3 seems to have also been rushed by the developers...

    ^ they MASSEFFECTIZED the game.

it didn't live up to the hype that it was suppose give. they made it too mainstream.
