My application in APAC was relatively easy. It was just a one-day process for me. It's either mass-hiring sila that day or talagang I was just lucky. It was the usual hiring process naman eh. Initial interview with HR, typing test, computer skills assessment, and then syempre interview with the floor people. I was interview by the Wellpoint Dental OM, and she was nice naman. Pinabalik niya ko the next day, which is J.O na. Which was great kasi syempre based on what I've read on PEX, matagal ang hiring process as compared to other companies. Maybe it was just my luck.

And now, I'm on the floor ops na and I have no complains naman with the account. Very easy. We only handle provider calls, which means less Irate and less queue. So if you're interested, just PM me so I can give you tips, or text me 09276286212

Hi everyone, I applied here at APAC alabang last tuesday, June 7, 2011. I made it to the final interview the next day and thank God out of 7 people in my batch somehow pinabalik ako for final interview. After the final interview, which is 9pm pa yung sched, the interviewer told me that the HR will re-evalute me and to wait for their call within no specific time frame.

The interview went well so far. I'm just wondering how long I'm going to have to wait for the job offer and if I'm possibly qualified for the position. I need your advice regarding this 'coz until now I'm not receiving any call from them. Btw, I'M a newbie in call center. Is it advisable to call them to inquire about the decision process? At jobstreet.com I saw that they have 100 vacancies for the position so I'm really hoping. What hints do you guys know that you are possibly qualified for the position?

I applied Monday, Nov 14 and went through up til the Language Assesment, was askd to keep my lines open for they'll be calling me up for a sched of the "f*ckin' final interview!" within the week! And tommorow will be the end of the week and no calls from them. Damn I'd really wanna work in APAC, I really think it's cool to work there, I've done the best I could. I want this so BAd, I don't want any other call center..

what happens to me is that i failed the call simulation(which i admit)..thanks to that f**king headset, cant hardly hear what the voice was saying..and also only one of the ear piece was working..
then, after the HR told me that i failed the exam, i insisted that theres really something wrong with the headset..but the bald guy told me that theres nothing he can do about it..
hope that they will re-consider my application...

Hi! Yes they called me on mobile just today and yesterday asking if I'm still interested for the position as a CSR but unfortunately we had an unclear conversation. The person at the other line claimed that he cannot hear me so he told me that they will call later which happened today but same thing happened. Perhaps the problem could be in my phone or theirs. When I tried to contact them through landline, nobody's answering. Now I just hope they would call again. As for how long the wait will be, I really don't know but to give you an idea I applied at apac last month, early june. I hope I was able to help you. Welcome.

Hello! I just want to ask what happened to your application with APAC? They told me that they'll call me too but until now I haven't received any. Like you I wanted to work for APAC that's why I didn't apply for other CCs yet, I'm still waiting for their call.. I was just wondering how long will I wait for their call? i applied here 2008 after i graduated. madali lang nmn.. kaya lang yung mga manager na nagfinal interview sakin na hindi kagalingan, hindi ako pinasa sa account nila... publishing yata sila.. so endorse ako sa medical account pumasa nmn.. Ang masasabi ko lang dito sa companya na to.. hindi pro employee.. pede ka nilang ligwakin whenever they want.. kung gusto mo ng masalimuot na trabaho at konting kita.. pede na to
