I am a supplier of omega-3 products and from my own clients I see it used effectively for high triglycerides, high blood pressure, psoriasis, arthritis and more.
I am cautious about recommending Omega-3 to pregnant women, but it seems that there's a growing demand for it. I have researched about it but I need your opinion.
My questions are:
1. When is the best time to give Omega-3 to pregnant women?
2. What's the recommended daily dose for pregnant women?
3. What's the recommended daily dose for lactating women?
