somewhere out there, even after this defeat, im pretty sure pat riley still has a grin on his face.. hindi pa buo ang team pero nakaabot agad sa finals.. cant wait to start the offseason

may problem tayo sa bench.. haslem,chalmers(should be a starter next season), tas mike miller. shallow ang bench natin.. steve nash is a no-no, bigyan muna natin ng chance si super mario after this terrific finals performance.

trade LBJ for melo?? joke.. decent bigman, sana nga magsign isa sa kanila for MLE since yun na lang natitira sa cap space.. mcgee, deandre jordan, oden, dalembert, przybilla.. etc..

limitado lang ang pera na pwede natin ioffer eh, ano ba mas priority?? a center or a point guard?? id rather have a center who is bigger than 6'9 that can score and defend in the low post then gawing back up si dexter pittman, another 6'10 young bigman that should be develop and trained by alonzo mourning .. tapos i develop na lang si mario chalmers ..

what the heat needs is a heady point guard in the mold of jason kidd who will direct plays. ang problema sa miami pagdating sa 4th quarter hindi alam kung sino ang magte-takeover.

in their series against boston & chicago, one thing i noticed is that if wade is off, lebron will take over & vice versa. and if both are clicking, one will go berserk in the first half & the other will take over in the second.

but against dallas, this didn't work because of the relentless zone they faced. imagine if a smart & savvy veteran like kidd or nash was conducting the plays. this would've made life a lot easier for wade/lebron. you can make a case for chalmers being their pg but he's more like a barea. he can facilitate a little but he cannot orchestrate, especially with dominant players on your side.

no idea.. pero sana tanggalin na si dampier,magloire,bibby,howard, at magreretire na ata si big z next season ang laki ng kinaen nila sa cap space... then get a center first, then saka na problemahin yung pg..

actually laki ng pinagkaiba ng laro ni LBJ from quarters to ECF... parang hindi mo alam kung bakit nagkaganon..... ok naman yung game 1... pumalpak lang nuong game 2 dahil sa kapabayaan.. then nag diretso na.... parang nasaniban na hindi mo malaman


well congratulations sa Heat Fans dyan at least umabot kayo ng Finals.........

it's a good series... learning process na lang sa kanila yan...

RIO - this boy is cold blooded and a true competitor, he plays his heart out - not always the smartest but always gives us effort

JOEL - most of the hate is because he sucks as a starter, but i've always been a joel fan..he was asked to do some things that are just not in his game, but we would've never gotten this far without him

MIKE MILLER - probably had one of the hardest seasons, injuries, family problems, yet another player who never showed lack of effort, dove after loose balls risking his injured thumbs all the time, i truly appreciate this man

UD - we might not have even made it out of the bulls series if it wasnt for co-captain UD. heart and soul of the team, he IS this team's alonzo mourning - always appreciate haslem!

MAGLOIRE/Z/DAMPIER/JUWAN - im sorry for these guys not to have earned deserved rings, but i think they deserve props as they most likely won't return for another run. Great veteran presence, always had the team's back (especially juwan lol, always tryin to fight people) they gave all of what little they had left in their games, and we wouldn't have made it this far without their sacrifice and leadership either.

BIBBY/HOUSE/JAMES JONES - none of them are known for defense, but they all did their best this year to fit into our defensive system, i was pleased with james jones most..finally was healthy for most of the season and really was a huge part of our regular season with excellent shooting

PITTMAN- every time i see this kid, he looks skinnier and skinnier, hopefully you get some playing time next year and lookin forward to your contribution towards the team. he is a real hard worker.

TBH, at the beginning of the season I really didn't expect them to be champs this year. Nabulag lang ako at the start of the playoffs. Kasi naman hayup yung performances nila. Come to think of it, they peaked early, parang biglang nawala na nung Finals na. Not to take anything away from Mavs of course. But I think Heat could've done a lot better, especially LBJ.

Keep Spo. He's good. Riles can just mentor him more. Yes Bosh needs to hit the weights. LBJ needs to work more on his shooting, footwork, especially his post play. Nakakainis yung mga 1-1 nila. Parang wala namang nagagawa. Wade can be Wade, plus better jumpers.

Consistency from Miller & Chalmers. & they also need some attitude adjustment.

Sayang naman kung magka-lockout. I can only imagine the torment LBJ will go through if that happens.

Pahinga na muna ko dito sa NBA forum. Maglokohan/trash talk nalang ulit next playoffs!

EDIT: I hope they sign Iverson. Kahit reserve lang

if i were pat riley, i would make this trade. this is a great trade for the heat. you get to have a low post, inside presence in brook lopez and great pg in deron.
