hahaha totoo ba yung mga sinasabi ng mga reviewers na bading talaga si ube. natawa ko sa joke nya kanina na mahirap daw mag palit ng pangalan. di naman daw sya (ube) mag papalit ng name dahil di naman daw sya converted. pero if ever daw ang gagamitin nyang name ay uBEBE GANDANGrita. hahahaha

Sa tingin ko, hindi bisexual si Sir Ube. Front nya lang yun para maging comic ang character nya. Ayun po.

if the problem is silent, ang assumption sa mga partners ay INSOLVENT. the reason for this is the principle of conservatism.

its solvent... the way dayag solved the problems his assumption was that the partners were solvent on liquidation...

may technique kasi sya dun w/c was basically cash bal + cash receipt from liquidation - payment to creditors (so on)... after getting the amount work back ka... hehe ganoon...

actually sa technique nya yung assumption ay loss upon liquidation ang non cash assets... I won't go into details kung pano yung process but that's basically it... ^^ you were asking for Dayag right? ReSA ka ba ngayon? He'll teach you that if that is the case...

absolutely!
i am sure that the presumption in lump sum liquidation is that partners are INSOLVENTl.

I bet the presumption is thesame in installment liquidation.

Mukang nagka-gulo2 na po dito dahil sa tanong ko. hehe. Anyways, according to Sir Brian, the assumption is INsolvent. But as far as I remember in my undergrad, the assumption is solvent so I tried to ask it here. It does not necessarily mean that I don't believe what sir Brian said, it is for clarification purposes only. Thanks for the answers above but I think I have to stick with what Sir Brian said. (I don't think a 1st Placer in the Board Exam would get wrong with this one. hehe.)
