If you're looking for a freaking monster guitarists in the Philippines. Here's my review:
First, get "Mga Gitarista" CD Album.
I know not all of them there in that album are good players but some of them are!
1. Ian Umali - very cool way of playing guitar. Jazzy/Funky with a some shred spirit
2. Jack Rufo - a very silent guy but plays intensely!!
3. Juven Pelingon - he has a great feel with great speed
4. Mike Elgar - who else won't know this guy. The star of Rivermaya

As i review i found this kid online "youtube" doing a cover and renditions. He cover jack rufo's aratig. he is the first one to cover this track which is pretty hard to play/
