Here's my traumatic experience in Bali where Pinoys are instantly tagged as DRUG TRAFFICKERS.

Haggardness, for more branding. Kaloka. They have every reason to protect their country but to gloat in such manner is... unprofessional to say the least.

Based on your blog, I know you love travelling kaya nakakalungkot talaga.

How unfortunate. Our DFA Sec. must file a protest against this treatment by Indons.

Boycott Indonesia.

AND mALAYSIA, not safe for girls daw.

Teka, para fair, ANG TINGIN KO SA LAHAT NG MGA TAGA INDONESIA, TERRORISTA!

grabe naman nangyari sa inyo. i was actually looking forward to your blogs about bali kasi nakikita ko posts niyo dun sa bali thread. nakakatuwa sagutan niyo hehe i am so close in booking a trip to bali last air asia's sale pero di talaga matuloy tuloy, parang something's holding me back. nag momock booking din ako everyday nung sale. then after the sale, nagsisisi ako ng konti bakit di pa ko nag book and then when i opened my phone this morning, eto bumulaga sa kin. all my desire to go to indonesia went pfffft!

In the Jakarta thread, I always tell the pexers there that there is nothing spectacular in Indonesia. It's very much like Manila except that Jakarta has more smokers, heavier traffic, and more polluted=).

I saw some Bali pictures and honestly, it pales in comparison with Bora and Palawan. So I guess there's really nothing to miss if we will not go to Indonesia. But to those who already bought their tix to bali, it's your call if you still wanna go there. But if I were you, if I bought the ticket at dirtcheap price, then it would be easier to forego the ticket and go somewhere else. I guess it's a good thing that there's no direct flight between bali and manila, which means many are going there via Singapore or Malaysia. Better make the most out of your stay in these 2 countries=).

I don't want to go to bali anymore...

oh no... looking forward pa naman kami ng friends ko to our trip to bali sa october.. =(

well, maybe I'll cancel our trip if I get to read another first-hand experience like this. Matagal pa naman ang October. I have been to Jakarta before, pero wala namang ganitong experience and I actually enjoyed my stay there.

actually as i commented on chyng's blog ... i was warned by my prof in grad skul last 2009 at nung kakilala kong indonesian way back 2005 pa na grabe daw ang corrupt sa INDONESIA especially in airport ....

kaya i repeat my question again, GAANO BA KATINO ANG INDONESIA PARA GAWIN NILA ITO SA MGA PILIPINO ??

that's really scary. grabe naman sila! last month nga may nahuling indonesian drug mule naman dito sa airport natin eh. never ko nga pinangarap pumunta sa bansang yan since its a muslim territory with a lot of terrorists as well, tapos mahal pa ang travel tax and the beaches daw weren't as good as ours anyway. talagang hindi na ko pupunta dyan because of that incident, kahit zero fare pa yan. buti na lang walang nangyaring set up kina ts.
