MALAKAS ang dating ng Pilipinas Got Talent season 2 contestant na si Jacqueline Schubert. Parang artista na rin ang dating ni Jacqueline dahil sa kanyang ganda at bukod sa nakakakanta, nagsasayaw rin ang Fil-German na based sa Cebu City.

Pabiro ring hindi makatingin sa kanya sina Luis Manzano at Billy Crawford dahil magseselos daw ang girlfriends ng mga ito, sina Jennylyn Mercado at Nikki Gil, respectively.

Anyway, noong Sabado ay nasa Cebu City ako at may nabalitaan ako tungkol kay Jacqueline. Bukod pala sa naging beauty queen ito at major title ang nakuha niya last year sa isang beauty pageant, may isang interesting sa babaeng ito.

Ayon sa isang taga-Cebu City na nakatsika*han ko, aware ang mga nakakakilala kay Jacqueline na tiyak na mapag-uusapan ang pagpasok niya sa showbiz pagkatapos ng PGT maging grand winner man siya o hindi.

Showbiz romances with expiration dates

The clearest sign that a showbiz romance will fizzle out before it ends happily ever after at the altar is when the sweethearts start professing their love for each other to high heavens and talking about, yes, getting married on national television.

For sure, due to the volatile nature of showbiz, several romances don’t really last. In some cases, not even matrimony can hold partners together. They are good only “for better” but not so much “for worse.”

Among the couples (married or “un”) who have split up in the last five years: Ruffa Gutierrez and Yilmaz Bektas (divorced), Nikki Valdez and her non-showbiz husband (divorced), Julia Clarete and her half-Chinese husband (a theater producer), Willie Revillame and wife Liz Almoro, Jolina Magdangal and Bebong Muñoz, Zanjoe Marudo and Mariel Rodriguez (now Mrs. Robin Padilla), Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano, Vic Sotto and Pia Guanio (who’s getting married to her non-showbiz boyfriend Steve Mago), Sarah Geronimo and Rayver Cruz, Jake Cuenca and Melissa Ricks, Jennylyn Mercado and Patrick Garcia, and Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo.

Incidentally, aren’t you amazed at the fast and furious way Jennylyn found a “probable steady” in Luis Manzano immediately after she broke up with Dennis Trillo amidst “domestic violence?” Jennylyn claimed in a TV interview that she and Luis have been “exclusively dating” for two months now which is the length of time she and Dennis have been separated. It seems that Jennylyn hardly lost time in jumping into a new relationship even before she could recover from the previous one.

And by the way, isn’t it below her dignity for an iconic actress and ideal mother/wife like Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos to be publicly commenting on the “romance” (take note: in quotation marks) of her son Luis and Jennylyn? Shouldn’t our dear Ate Vi mind the affairs of Batangas instead of “meddling” in her son’s affairs of the heart? Well, it’s not surprising because Ate Vi is always profuse with superlatives for every girl linked to her son, isn’t she? From Nancy Castigleoni to Angel Locsin and now to Jennylyn Mercado. Who will she praise to high heavens next?

Hi I'm jem. I support whatever relationship(whether platonic or romantic) Jennylyn and Luis have. I'm an ABS-CBN fan since birth but Jennylyn is the only one I admire in GMA. I'm also quite a fan of Luis because he's not just a mediocre host and he has a great sense of humor. I have a blog (which I just established last May 27) and I wrote two posts (My first about LuisJen was this: Luis: “She (Jennylyn Mercado) is a blessing” ) about LuisJen, the last one post that I wrote about them is this: Stop the Negativity and Don't be Judgmental! (Luis Manzano-Jennylyn Mercado) Luis and Gov. Vilma Santos already defended her


I wrote it because I wanted to also defend her even in my own little way. I've been lurking in her thread in igma.tv even though I'm a Kapamilya. I read the negative/judgmental and some times(if not most) degrading things being thrown to her by most people which I really don't understand why they are so much against her.

In my blog, it is mostly dedicated to the known personalities (local and Hollywood) I support, one of them is Luis. But like I said, I admired her before but somehow it got cold. But when I heard all the things that happened to her and the fact that she survived through it all, I guess I actually even admire her much more now than before.

I admire you guyz for the undying support, respect and love you have for her. She deserves you and you deserve her. I'm just happy for her now because Luis makes her happy. She said so herself that he never fails to make her laugh. So, I hope whatever they have for now, it's for the best. She has been through so much already but she's such a strong woman because she's still standing with her head on her shoulders. God Bless Us all. Good and positive vibes. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Sa kabila ng mga pasabog na rebelasyon tungkol sa tunay na dahilan ng kanilang paghihiwalay, naniniwala pa rin si Jennylyn Mercado na darating ang panahon na magkakaayos din silang muli ni Dennis Trillo.

Sa panayam ni entertainment reporter Lhar Santiago, ginawang halimbawa ni Jennylyn ang naging sitwasyon nila ni Patrick Garcia, ama ng kanyang anak na si Alex Jazz.

“In time I’m sure magkakaayos din… ‘di ba kami ni Patrick. Ang pangit kasi nang pinipilit, pinupuwersa, so antayin na lang natin," pahayag ng Kapuso star sa Chika Minute ng GMA news 24 Oras nitong Martes.

Handa akong hintayin ni Luis Manzano - Jennylyn Mercado

Tikom pa rin ang bibig ng aktor na si Dennis Trillo tungkol sa kontrobersyal na paghihiwalay nila ng singer/actress na si Jennylyn Mercado.

Sinasabing ang verbal at physical abuse ni Dennis ang dahilan kung bakit hiwalay na ang dalawa.

Una rito, ikinuwento umano ng singer kung paano siya sinaktan at minaliit ng kanyang ex-boyfriend habang nasa condo unit nito sa Mandaluyong City noong Marso.
