It doesn't matter if it's poor choice or whatever reason how she end up with the child, there's just some guys who don't want a ready-made family. They don't want some other guy's child. It's not always about the girl. How will he explain to his friends and family that his wife has a child from another guy?

There are other girls out there.

^ True, even from me, there will be some sort of preference otherwise, but if the person involved has that much quality to be considered, then why not.

    ^^ i like....

Single mothers are to be praised, because instead of aborting or giving up their kid to get rid of the responsibilities, they chose to raise their child alone. It's just so disheartening that single mothers are considered "damaged goods". What a crap!

Single mothers are like opened milk containers.

Why buy the opened ones, when you can get the sealed ones. it's a reality of life.
to convince the buyers, the product itself must be really good.

they could have become single though AFTER they had the kid. I've seen many guys drop their partners after becoming daddy's, so I draw the line between abortion and murder.

    Every activity entails resource.
Anything that entails resource has liabilities.
Its just a matter of hoping that you gain more assets from it.
Raising kids is one of them.
Unfortunately, for most people here, it is a liability.

Well single moms may/should not be supported only because for the reason na hindi na gumaya yung ibang mga kabataang babae ngayon. They won't take as big risks as these single moms did in their past.

When your friends and family come over, how will you explain to them some guy f*cked your wife had a child with her and now you are raising his child? There are plenty of single girls out there, why pick the one with a child? Once you have a child, it puts you on another category of women - you're a mother. Guys will still pursue you, but they'll only pursue you for sex, not for longterm like marriage.

I don't care how or why she got pregnant. She doesn't have to justify it to anyone. I don't hold it against her. This is just my preference.

What kind of set-up is most appropriate if a guy decides to marry or have longterm relationship with a single mom?
the set-up would be the honesty, it takes a lot of courage to tell a guy specially if they have a child, some women kept this a secret then you will know it, its a bit disappointing if your gonna lie about it.

Ahhhh... Kasi nga pala with single moms madalas kasi iniwan sila nun lalaki. What if hindi naman iniwan? Financially sinusuportahan, it's just that their relationship didn't work out as planned and they have to separate?

It doesn't matter. She had a baby with another guy. End of story. There are other girls out there.

What can you say about those guys with kid too? Kailangan din ba silang iwasan kasi there are plenty of single guys out there that doesn't have a kid .

DOESN'T matter if she's still sexy. she is a single mom and that's a red flag.

GUYS should steer clear of single moms. women are complicated enough, can you imagine how much worse it is with single moms and the baggage they have? a single mother would not make her boyfriend her top priority but if she does, it speaks volumes of how she is as a penis-chasing ho of a mom.

a big chunk of my previous relationships are single moms. nung una hindi ko alam why i am attracted to them. but later on i realized na the reason why is i love kids. been with a girl na mas close pa sakin yung anak kesa sa totoong tatay nya.

i dont need someone who will make me her priority in life, what i need is someone who knows what her priorities are.

they are not baggaged women, if you'll think about it eh most of them are independent, responsible, and hard working ones. they know na theyd rather be single and happy raising their kid rather than be miserable and sad.

WELCOME to planet earth. you'll find out soon enough that things are a tad different here.

Both single moms and single woman without kids will meet and probably have a relationship with different kinds of males before finding the right one. Single moms may have some biases against them but all women can be vulnerable to distorted mentalities out there.

For example, guy who refers to a woman as a "ho" is never the right kind of man for any woman.

tresp you definitely have good insight and a good attitude. I hope you mature like good wine and get even better with age.

That's one thing on the side of single moms- when they find the right guy, they will most certainly be diamonds in the rough.

THAT's why single moms need not worry because like p.t. barnum said, "there's a sucker born every minute."

SURE. duping totally uninformed guys into helping them raise ba-st-ards is quite an achievement.

  20. #40
Their achievement is actually avoiding the even more "uninformed" guys whose outlooks seem to be filled with misogynistic stereotypes.
