    The Trace Approximate in Carmona of the Valley Fault actually passes thru Southwoods and very near Canyon Ranch and the San Lazaro Business and Leisure Park.

    Canyon Ranch and Southwoods are both high end subdivisions. Canyon Ranch is actually somewhat on the edge of a mountain, and is also using the precast technology in building houses.

    My brother's family lives in a subdivision in Binan, Laguna, beside Southwoods, for 15 years now. A faultline passes thru their street and has now developed a "natural hump", which is about 20 houses away. The house that was hit by the uneven ground has been relocated by the developer. The nearby subdivision was also on a fault line. The affected house has been featured several times on TV.

    My family lives in Muntinlupa for 24 years now in a hilly subdivision. A fault line also passes a part of the Muntinlupa national highway. Houses affected have been featured on national TV.

    The only earthquake I felt in our house was the the 1991 Dagupan earthquake that killed thousands.

    Many condos and high rise buildings in Pasig, Marikina, Cainta, Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, etc are built on or near the Valley Fault Line. I would be more worried living in such condo.

    Planning to pay RPT na rin, kaso di ko alam how much, where, when & how to pay. So napilitan akong tumawag sa Profriends kahit ayoko to ask this.

    as expected, ang labo ng sagot. tapos parang ang pagkakaintindi ko eh hiwalay ang RPT ng lot and ng building. tama ba yun? diba dapat isang RPT lang yun kasi house & lot naman yun binili?

    basta, magulo kausap. at pinapatawag na lang ako next week kasi may chinicheck pa daw sa documentation.

    saw your post, sabi mo pag nasa 88sqm lot area ay around 8k babayaran. kahit ba sa ridgecrest ganun din? saan ba ko pwede magtanong how much babayaran ko dapat and kung hiwalay pa yung lot sa house.

    talked to Ms Joy ng Profriends nag iinquire din ako sa pagbayad ng RPT, kase gusto ko din sana na kung tayo na magbayad ng RPT, eh ngayon ng January para may discount pa.

    According to her, for verification pa daw kase yung para sa house kaya wala pa silang mabigay na amount kung magkano babayaran. Pero, since hindi pa lumalabas yung para sa house, sila pa rin daw ang magbabayad ng RPT para sa lot. Pero once daw na lumabas na yung para sa house, tayo na mag sesettle non.

    so ibig sabihin hindi pa rin kami magbabayad ng amilyar for this year? and ibig sabihin hiwalay talaga ang amilyar ng lote at bahay?

    according sa kausap ko PFI pa din daw ang mag settle nung para sa lot.

    sana nga tama ang sinabi nya, pero alam naman natin ang profriends paiba-iba ng sinasabe. hehehe


    pero ang ang alam ko nga iba ang tax ng house saka sa lot. Kaya din siguro kailangan pang mag pasa sa munisipyo ng mga improvements na gagawin sa mga unit naten, kase everytime na may madagdag na improvement, ibig atang sabihin non dagdag din ng tax para sa house.

    sa ngayon wala pako naiisip na outside renovations, more on sa inside like built-in closets ang iniisip ko.

    balitaan tayo pag inuumpisahan nang gawin, ako man di ko rin mabibisita palagi yun pero tutukan ko pa din!

    balitaan mo din ako kung magkano aabutin ng balcony renovation mo.

    yung pader sa likod natin paghahatian pala natin pagpagawa nun!hehe...
