    pasyalan mo yung mga stalls sa St Anthony's. by this time siguro, gawa na yun.

    I am not very familiar with In-house financing. Yung RPT kasi is yearly ang bayad. Di ka talaga pedeng magmintis dyan. May penalties yan. Sa bank financing, second year onwards, yung homebuyer na ang magbabayayd sa city hall or municipal hall.

    Sa in-house, siguro gusto lang makasigurado ng PFI. May resibo naman dapat yan. Kung yun talaga ang amount ng RPT sa sinsingil ng Carmona Municipal Hall, swerte mo. Di ka na magpapagod sa pagpila dun. Kaya lang yearly pedeng magbago ang amount nyan. Kaya mas magandang tanungin mong mabuti ang agent mo. Sa counseling mo ba sinabi na babayaran mo via PDCs ang 5 years ng RPT? Kung hindi at yung first year lang dapat, magreklamo ka at humingi ka ng official letter from PFI about this change in policy.

    Actually pati ang MRI at Fire insurance, yearly din yan.

    Honga, bro. Isa yan sa nagustuhan ko talaga sa Oakwood B. Big Balcony which added more usable areas, on the balcony and under the balcony (carport/porch). Lots of possibilities. Lots of uses.     Sliding Window, Steel Casement Window or The Window Below?



    Actually, ayoko ng sliding windows kasi 50% ventilation lang yun. Kaya mas gusto ko pa din ang steel casement kesa sa sliding windows, kung ventilation ang usapan. Aesthetically, sliding window is better (if without grills). But the above picture combined the best feature of the the two former windows.

    Big Oaks pala ang unit mo sa PineCrest (CE6). The biggest units are in CE6 B33. Email ko sayo later yung DOR. Pero para sa CE7,8 and 9 lang yun. Pero I'm sure since same developer and same village, almost similar naman ang contents. You can definitely use it for reference.

    Magkabilang dulo tayo. CE9 ako.

    You're paying sa UCPB na? Meaning the loan has already been taken out? How much is the interest rate that you got from UCPCB and the payment terms?

    One of the reasons I chose Metrobank is because of that road leading to Sta Rosa/Tagaytay.

    Carmona Estates Chapel to be Built in 2011

    Since I've been hearing information that the Carmona Estates chapel would no longer be built, I called PFI and was directed to the Marketing Department headed by Jane Tombokon. Jane said she would give me a call back today, which she did. Area Director Nieves Santos informed Jane that the planned and advertised chapel was not scrapped. On the contrary, this would be constructed this year, 2011. Although no specific date was given.

    This is still good news, especially for the Roman Catholics in the Estates, as they have been holding the Sunday mass at the CE1-6 Rotunda basketball court.

    When I spoke with Jane yesterday, I even told her that in Lancaster Estates, the chapel was given priority and was built first ahead of most LE phases unlike in Carmona Estates where all 9 phases would almost be sold out already and the promised chapel is nowhere to be seen.
