Bale pnapa deposit ko lang yung bayad ko sa Planters Pangasinan and i asked my mom to keep the deposit slip, for future reference.

They should provide receipts and you should demand for it.

What I did nung nagbabayad palang ako ng equity was kinukuha ko sa main office yung resibo. I made it a point na makumpleto yung resibo ng lahat ng payments dahil yun lang ang katunayan ko ng mga binayad ko.

I believe they should mail the receipts after a month. As for my case, I never received any receipt in my mail kaya pumupunta pa ko sa main office.

Good day po, kami man nasa DP stage palang din at ang pagkakasabi samin ay kailngan mo talagang kunin sa main office nila sa Shaw Blvd Mandaluyong. Pwede nyo pong kausapin ang agent nyo at tanungin kung pwede bang ipadala nalang sa inyo lalo na kung malayo kayo talaga sa kanilang office. Baka pumayag naman sila.

I believe PFI is well aware about the house quality issue, in fact the last time na nagkaroon ng Home Owners meeting with Sheila (Administrator) umiyak si Sheila dahil ang daming reklamo ng mga home owners about the house.

I am from Phase 6, big oaks model. If you purchased a house in phase 6 pala na malapit sa San Lazaro hippodrome, magstart na kayong magipon para sa screen kasi sobrang daming langaw galing sa horse stables.

Yes madam, kapag nagsspray sila lahat ng langaw galing sa kural sa village natin ang lipat. Baka medyo hindi kayo affected kasi medyo malayo kayo sa stables, yung block kasi namin likuran mismo.

Grabe nakakagigil na ang customer service ha it's been 2 months already since I request my ledger..nag reply sila after a month pero mali mali pa tapos request uli ako kase mali nga..nagreply after a month na naman ni resend lang yong dating email!!! Ang LEDGER na pinadala nila same amount dun sa LEDGER na hiningi ko last year. Tapos yong SPA ko pina request ko sa main Office ganun din ibinigay.. yong last remaining balance ko ay 880k (requested in december 2011) ngayon na JUNE 2012 880k pa rin ang remaining balance ko.. at sabi nila updated ledger of my total amount daw yun?? how come na pareho lang??

magsubmeter kse muna ako coz nagkakaproblema sa coo, ask ko lang kung san manggaling yung sub meter, kung sa profriends o meralco?
kse agmagsubmeter ako, magbayad ako ng 2700 sa profriends , 2k refundable, akala ko eto na yung metro na papahiram nila. kung kukuha ako metro sa meralco magbabayad ako gn around the same amount pero hindi ako sa kanila live kaya, mahohold yung pera ko. when its abt time na maglive na, magbabayad uli ako sa meralco kse expired na application ko to go live tapos sabe *** matatagalan daw refund ko ng unang binayad ko sa meralco. so bale tatalong banayd ang mangyayre sa akin.
and hindi ba magkakaproblema paglive na ako me laman na metro ko.? thanks

I have been living in CE for more than a month now, here are my feedbacks about CE.

1. Sobrang Mahal ng Tubig: My water bill has spiraled to 700 php this month. Tatlo lang kami sa bahay plus 4 dogs and garden. I used to live in Nuvali area and my bill was only 150 php maximum.

2. Madumi ang tubig: May stain na ng kalawang yung sink/faucet ko so that means puro kalawang yung water na pinoprovide nila. Amoy burak kapag unang bukas sa umaga so kailangang patuluin ng husto bago gamitin. I had to buy a water purifier for my dogs kasi natatakot akong magkasakit yung mga aso ko.

3. Madumi ang kalsada. Nadali na ng pako yung sasakyan ni hubby. Buti napapalitan ang gulong what if paa ng mga bata madali

4. Playground and parks - Where I live ang available lang na public space ay yung sa harap ng engineering office which is considerably far from us, tapos basketball court lang ang available. Yung mga anak tuloy ng kapitbahay ko sa daan naglalaro which is dangerous dahil kaliwa't kanan ang mga sasakyan.

5. After more than a month marami ng sira sa bahay. Yung mga hamba ng pintuan kumakalas na dahil hindi maayos ang pagkakakabit, flush ng toilet, shower, locks ng doors sira na kasi cheapest in the market yata ang ikinabit nila. sa dami ng palpak sa bahay you have to spend hundreds of thousands for repair. Nagwoworry ako kapag nakikita ko yung mga cracks sa walls, tinry ni hubby ipunch yung walls, umuuga ang buong bahay.

6. May mga kapitbahay na nagkakaraoke hanggang madaling araw (in full volume). Sana magkaroon ng regulation pagdating sa ganyan, dapat until certain hour lang and at a certain volume.

The only consolation I have is malaki ang lote ko.. and I really like the hills at the back of my house, that is the first reason why I purchased this property

Yup in fairness medyo ok na ang customer service nila these days unlike a year or two ago..luluha ka ng dugo. Kaya maganda nagvovoice out ng complaints and feedback online naalarm sila baka kasi maapektuhan ang sales nila sa sobrang daming negative feedback

Laguna BelAir. Why did I transfer? Sta Rosa is getting very crowded. Kabi-kabila ang malls and constructions.Sobrang traffic palagi. Nung 2008 ng pinurchase ko tong house (1 year delayed and turnover ng house) talahib and ricefield lang makikita around, then there's also the view of the hills. Country side na country side ang dating pero malapit lang sa manila. Meron din namang mga village sa Sta Rosa na country side ang dating like Ayala Westgrove kaso sobrang high-end hindi ko afford.

When I went back to CE after 2 years dikit dikit pala ang mga bahay and they didn't leave space for the green. Nakakadismaya, hindi na mukang country side. Sa dasmarinas pala maraming subdivision na country side ang ambience oh well sana naghanap ako ng husto dati...

Thanks for replying to my inquiry, my wife and I were initially considering Laguna Bel Air before actually, but after a couple of visits to house units being sold there we realized that the houses we were interested in (smaller 3 bedroom units) were too small for their hefty price tag especially those bigger model houses found in phases 3 and 4.

Long story short, we ended up buying a unit in the future CE phase 10. We were also originally aiming for a single detached unit only to find out after a long hard search that these units do tend to cost more than single attached units like the "oaks" and "big oaks" house units.

Another PFI project "Bellefort Estates" located in near Daang Hari and Molino Road, Cavite, has a single detached unit called "Vivienne" though I believe it already cost around P4-5M. Since its the same developer you can ask them if you could shift your ongoing payments to this project particularly that house type if you really want a single detached unit.

You may also consider getting a MAPLE unit from CE10 as well for each unit has a free linear park behind it, that is if you can already consider that as greenery.
