Grabe nakakagigil na ang customer service ha it's been 2 months already since I request my ledger..nag reply sila after a month pero mali mali pa tapos request uli ako kase mali nga..nagreply after a month na naman ni resend lang yong dating email!!! Ang LEDGER na pinadala nila same amount dun sa LEDGER na hiningi ko last year. Tapos yong SPA ko pina request ko sa main Office ganun din ibinigay.. yong last remaining balance ko ay 880k (requested in december 2011) ngayon na JUNE 2012 880k pa rin ang remaining balance ko.. at sabi nila updated ledger of my total amount daw yun?? how come na pareho lang??

kse agmagsubmeter ako, magbayad ako ng 2700 sa profriends , 2k refundable, akala ko eto na yung metro na papahiram nila. kung kukuha ako metro sa meralco magbabayad ako gn around the same amount pero hindi ako sa kanila live kaya, mahohold yung pera ko. when its abt time na maglive na, magbabayad uli ako sa meralco kse expired na application ko to go live tapos sabe *** matatagalan daw refund ko ng unang binayad ko sa meralco. so bale tatalong banayd ang mangyayre sa akin.
and hindi ba magkakaproblema paglive na ako me laman na metro ko.? thanks
update lang. gusto ng profriends kumuha ako ng mother unit sa meralco tapos kakabbitan nila ng submeter. tama po ba to?

Yup in fairness medyo ok na ang customer service nila these days unlike a year or two ago..luluha ka ng dugo. Kaya maganda nagvovoice out ng complaints and feedback online naalarm sila baka kasi maapektuhan ang sales nila sa sobrang daming negative feedback

Laguna BelAir. Why did I transfer? Sta Rosa is getting very crowded. Kabi-kabila ang malls and constructions.Sobrang traffic palagi. Nung 2008 ng pinurchase ko tong house (1 year delayed and turnover ng house) talahib and ricefield lang makikita around, then there's also the view of the hills. Country side na country side ang dating pero malapit lang sa manila. Meron din namang mga village sa Sta Rosa na country side ang dating like Ayala Westgrove kaso sobrang high-end hindi ko afford.
When I went back to CE after 2 years dikit dikit pala ang mga bahay and they didn't leave space for the green. Nakakadismaya, hindi na mukang country side. Sa dasmarinas pala maraming subdivision na country side ang ambience oh well sana naghanap ako ng husto dati...

Long story short, we ended up buying a unit in the future CE phase 10. We were also originally aiming for a single detached unit only to find out after a long hard search that these units do tend to cost more than single attached units like the "oaks" and "big oaks" house units.
Another PFI project "Bellefort Estates" located in near Daang Hari and Molino Road, Cavite, has a single detached unit called "Vivienne" though I believe it already cost around P4-5M. Since its the same developer you can ask them if you could shift your ongoing payments to this project particularly that house type if you really want a single detached unit.
You may also consider getting a MAPLE unit from CE10 as well for each unit has a free linear park behind it, that is if you can already consider that as greenery.
