kookiness, twink95, so far, we've established na the parcels that should have been in the Quezon City and Taguig Post Offices by now are not yet here. Perhaps we ought to declare them lost na, since it's been a month. Basta lumampas na ng 18 business days we can actually report na sa DCO store. `Yung iba sa atin more than 30 days na utang na loob

So ganito na lang gawin natin ha, on our own, kanya-kanya tayong report sa DCO store - go to DCO, dito: Click! then write a message - give your order #, the shipment date (it's indicated doon sa email from them), and how many days it's been since then.

We can suggest that they use an alternative delivery system pero note that IF they agree this might cost more money. Mahal magpa-FedEx if you want the fastest way. Ang next option is UPS, door to door delivery din iyan, less expensive than FedEx pero not cheap pa rin. Or, tingnan nyo kung papayag na ideliver in a U.S. address, if you have a kamag-anak or friend na uuwi ng Pilipinas, doon nyo na lang ipadala, KUNG papayag ang DCO.

Tapos I'll go post na rin sa Ed's corner to let him know of our situation. Kung meron dyan sa inyo na hindi pa nakakatanggap ng order, please let us know dito, state at which Post Office you're expecting your parcel to arrive at - ano'ng city. Just so we have the facts, ok? Okies, lez go.

I live in QC pero dumating na yung order ko 3 weeks ago.

Re change of shipping address, i sent a letter to MyPal Direct asking them to change my shipping address but they did not allow it. I dont know why, i did that way before TLM was released pero baka naman nga na i ship na nila yung mga pre orders when i got in touch with them...well, wala namang mawawala kung susubukan nyo na mag request to ship it sa US that is kung may kakilala/relatives kayo. You can use my address here in the US kaya lang medyo matagal pa uwi ko, sa November pa...

hi emily and jeni! avatar ba? let's see (pag sumablay, walang sisihan k? ), ang alam ko, like this:

1/ store nyo muna in ur computer (my pictures, whatever) the pic you've chosen for your avi;

2/ go to Account Settings (you can find this sa drop menu under your name pagka-LOGIN, upper right of this page);

3/ once there, look to the left of that page..you will see Control Panel, where one of the functions indicated is Edit Avatar;

4/ click Edit Avatar (natural!), where you are offered A & B options;

5/ click Option B to retrieve the pic you chose for your avi that you stored kanina in your computer. press SAVE to end the process.

at this point, nakalapat na (dapat) your avi under your usernames.

okay, the EDIT AVATAR function sa Control Panel is still there! hanggang sa'n ka ba nakarating? to get to the page where the Control Panel is, you have to first go to Account Settings. makikita mo 'to sa drop menu that will display under your name matapos mong mag-LOGIN.
