RE games I didn't find them scary really
(hi zombie, I has machine guns!)

silent hill 1 and 2 I've played but never finished
    siguro natakot nga ako hehe

scariest game I've played was an obscure title in PS1 titled
    Hell Knight/Dark Messiah
It's not that scary anymore by today's standards
but it was the first "hi monster, I has no guns so I run away" game I've played

recently, I've played an old RPG game called Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines
and there was one scary stage there , the Ocean House Hotel
the game surprises you in that you're supposed to be playing a tough bad-azz creature of the night
and yet in an instant you become powerless,
running away and hiding from a murderous spirit
it was really well done considering there isn't a single enemy/monster in there

are there any other games like that ocean house stage?
games where you are being hunted by a non-physical threat
I would think spirits/poltergeists/ghosts are more scary than zombies/monsters
because you can't really hide or interact physically in the game

Try playing Clive Barker's Undying. Very scary at tatak sa isip mo habang natutulog ka. Intindihin mo din iyong story.. Di ko na matandaan iyong story pero basta natatandaan ko lang doon nakakatakot talaga. And yeah sa PC iyon.

^tiningnan ko sa youtube, I don't think I can play that
may motion sickness ako sa first person games

I'm not fond of scary games at the moment also
    I live alone

pano ba yung fatal frame? di ba ghosts ang nandun instead of monsters/aliens?
I'm just wondering how's it like to play those type of games
where you can't shoot the horrors or punch them in the face
you can't even hide really because they're spirits and they know where you are

yung mga parang horror movies like shutter sana

I think that's Cinemaware's "It Came From the Desert". We used to have that on our old Amiga and I totally loved it. The scary parts were probably the ones where you had to shoot the ants' antennas from far away as they scroll through the screen. Fail to kill it and with no warning, the ant's face will fill the whole screen and probably give you a massive heart attack. If you didn't fall off your chair, you're supposed to shoot the remaining antennas (I think).

Amnesia... walang sinabi ang Silent Hill at Dead Space dito... I'm not hyping the game, it is true... sa Dead Space nakakatakot pero may weapon ka, maski sa Silent Hill... dito wala! Kalaban mo ay dilim! I tell you try this one!

about silent hill series...hmm..para paulit ulit lang kasi kaya wala na yung gulat factor... pero ok yung silent hill 1,2 and 4(the room)..
