    Good day sir/ maam:

I'm a newbie here and hinahanap ko po process kung paano mag-apply for canada without any consultants (eg. Pinoycare) from scratch po. I was aspired from the posts here na nasa CND na po and gusto ko rin matupad yung pangarap ko. I'm reading the cic.gc website right now.

I'm a Test Engineer with a 1.5years experience. Please help me for any advise. Thank you very much and Godbless.

    Sponsor Eligibility Assessment

I submitted my spousal sponsorship (spouse is outside canada at no kids pa kami) about 18th April 2012 but until now wala pa din akong nareceive na letter/acknowledgment if eligible ako as sponsor. The website says they are already processing those submitted 30th April at lampas na talaga sa 86 days na supposed processing times that CIC indicated in the website (in fact, 108 days na since I submitted). Normal lang ba ito? Or is there something wrong with my application for spousal sponsorship? anyone with the same experience?

    Salamat,

    nicechair

Hey, guys! I just wanna ask if my cousin or cousin-in-law can sponsor me under family class to become a permanent resident? If yes, how long would the process take?

nope they can't. as far as i know, they can't sponsor even their siblings, only parents ang pwede.

we have the same problem, my cousins who are living in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto, they can't sponsor me!

so i have to do it on my own...

hello po. Bago lang ako dito and i have been reading your posts just recently. I was thinking, if mag aapply ako, pano yung youngest son ko. I don't have any relatives in Canada. I have 6 years experience in Banking and 3 years in Call center. Currently, wala akong job kasi full time mom to my 2 1/2 year old son. Ano kaya ang maganda para sa akin? Pasensya na sa mahabang kwento ko po. I hope you can find time to help me.

Hi elusivearl! thank you sa pag reply. Salamat ulet. God bless..

Just read carefully the guidelines and kapag may questions ka, puwede mo i-post yun dito.

    2. I will not recommend any consultant firm.

    3. Basically you need the settlement plan (10,000CAD) and additional expenses will be for the medical exam, visa processing fee and Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).

    4. In my case, I applied as a provincial nominee in Manitoba. It took me one and half year before I received my visa.

    5. Kahit wala ka relatives sa Canada, you can still apply under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) which was stopped this year and will resume on January 2013 or as provincial nominee (PN).

    6. IELTS is now a requirement for those who will apply under the FSW and in some cases, for the PN also.

We applied to immigrate to Canada and almost last stage na...I have 2 Illegitimate Children both were out of wedlock but were acknowledged by their biological father at the back of their BC. Wala kameng natatanggap na support from him simula ng pinanganak ko yung 2nd Child ko. and never had communication with him. an Immigration officer called me 2 weeks ago and asking either of these two docs.

    a. Written Consent from their biological father that he is allowing my Children to immigrate with me.

    b. Court document that I have my Children's full custody.

I tried to ask the biological father to sign a written consent but he refused, full of bitterness ang father nila at sour looser....I tried everything to let him sign pero talagang sarado ang isip nya sa magandang kinabukasan ng mga anak ko sa Canada.

Bakit kaya may ganung klaseng tao?
