    Guys,
Just new here. Questions sa mga nakapagmigrate na sa canada, If ever mag-aapply ako as FSW as principal applicant, 1) kailangan bang sabay kame ng misis ko mag magtest and mag-submit ng IELTS? 2) Kung sakaling nakapasa at nakakuha ng visa, pwede bang mauna muna ako(principal applicant) to look for a job and be stable and familiarize the place and after some time, chaka ko na ipasunod si misis. And if naka-adapt na rin sya chaka namin dalhin yung mga anak namin O Once you are granted, you need all to go there at once? We all know here that migrating is exciting and yet critical move. Am just anticipating things in the future, cause we would like to migrate there once the freeze order is lifted sa immigrant.
Hope you can share some experience on how to survive first and how you cope with this situation.

    Thanks,
    chefjuan2b

    1. Only the principal applicant has to take IELTS
    2. All family members who intend to go to Canada must be included in your application. You could however check in your form that other family members will accompany you later, in which case you are the only one who will be required to land.

I'm sharing based o. My application done last 2004.

    At any rate... Goodluck!

Thank you Pappylips for the reply. Actually, I'm an engineer. Yung username ko lang iba. though, i studied culinary na rin 4 years ago. Just in case if i work abroad i can chose which one. But i prefer pa rin yung unang course ko.
I know that going there is not that easy. For me, i think it's long shot cause makikipagsapalaran again ako if given i'll be granted soon. But i'm willing to take the risk.

Find out the required professions by Jan 2013 when it opens. In the meantime collate all required documents ( I don't think it will change except for some minor new things...) while waiting since CIC will post limited slots per profession ( if you plan to go the FSW way) and this will be a first come first served basis worldwide. Also, do a truthful evaluation whether you really want to come here, once you are hell bent on coming, have that strong resolve to go for it and succeed.

Goodluck and pursue your designation to become an engineer here.... it will work wonders.. :-)

Thank you pappylips for the reply. Yes, i'm planning to collate the requirements. I guess, for the meantime, maybe blessing in disguise rin yung freeze. (atleast i'll be given time to prepare things emotionally, mentally and assess everything firtst again) Hope that by Jan 2013, ok pa lahat and may window for us pa rin.
Have a nice day there! By the way, taga-san ka diyan sa canada?

Am here in Alberta.... Edmonton.. Richest province in Canada per capita income due to the oil sands. If you're an engineer, this is the place to go... Longer and colder winter but hey sun still shines kahit mayelo. And sa lahat naman ng Canada malamig pag winter so it just takes adjustment..

    Goodluck!

    Good luck.

    1. yes if my memory serves me right, kailangan mo ilagay name ng parents mo, kapatid mo at syempre anak na din

    Finally, after 8 years!

We are pleased to inform you that your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued, ..."

I am initially breaking this news dito sa PEX dahil maraming nakakaalam ng istorya ng application namin dito, from our application since 2004 to refusal in 2010 but eventually winning the case that I filed against CEM.

Yahoo! God is good all the time!
