Depends where you are in your annulment proceedings. It is much easier to take your child after the annulment is final. It's also possible to start the migration process while it's in process, and your ex-wife-to-be seems to be cooperative in having your child migrate with you; you'll just have to do extra paperwork. If this is the case, there's also the chance even if your EWTB is non-accompanying, she'll still have to submit her passport and undergo the medicals (you just won't be paying her application fees, and she won't be issued a visa).

As for the EE profile, you can simply update your civil status any time, depending on where you are. So if you were to do it now, you would choose "separated". You will only worry about all the legalities after you get an ITA which is at least 450+ CRS points.

Hi all, just started my migration process.

Do i need an educ credential assessment first before creating a job bank acct?

Is it ok to submit EE application even before ECA is completed? Can i edit my applic when ECA is done?

    thanks to all

No, because you can't make a valid EE profile without an ECA.

    Tatanong ko na din po kung may chance po ba na makapasa ako for Canada, ECE grad po sa may tama lang na eskwelahan, hindi naman po ganun kataas ang grado ko, may bagsak din po. May license po ako kaso magexpire na this year, as Electronics Engineer at Electronics Technician po.     Hi Sinchan! I feel you man. Eto ang mga nalaman ko dito kaka basa ng forum. Sana makatulong;

    1. Visit mo to para ma pre-assess mo yung qualification mo. http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp
    2. Kailanga mo ma pa assess credentials mo sa WES. Karamihan dito sa WES Canada nagpa assess.
    3. Kailangan mo kumuha ng English proficiency exam tulad ng IELTS.
    4. e google mo yung proof of fund requirement para alam mo magkano ang kailangan moong show money
    5. Mayroong info session ang Canada sa Manila, mag sign up ka kasi bagong program yun pag may employer na gusto mag hire sayo mas mapapadali ang proceso mo. http://livinginnb.ca/

mag sign up kana agad at nagkakaubusan na ng slot.

    Good luck!

Question pala, san pala recommended nyo magpa ECA?

Baka may preferred na province that they welcome children with special needs. Meron ako nakita pala dito 2011 pa. Baka kc naghigpit na. tia

I believe that most of us here used WES.

tricky nga ang ASD. No guarantee and I've heard of denials because of it. Research and ask na lang sa canadavisa.com forum, mas maraming experience doon especially for medical inadmissibility.

Advice ko lang, huwag kang magbayad sa agency unless you've done all the research. You may need a lawyer (not a consultant or agency) kasi for your case, if you find your child's case can be admitted to Canada. Good luck.

Anyway, will check pa sa ibang forums. Thanks! God bless
