Yup, close to impossible nga sa Job Bank, so kailangang ipaangat ang CRS score para magka-ITA through PNPs.

  2. #3782
^ I wish! No ITA yet, but I got a PT nomination from Ontario (min. 400 CRS requirement) to apply for PNP, but I now regret sending my application so soon kasi may mga issue ako sa application na yun so takot akong ma-reject naman doon.

You can retake the IELTS and get minimum CLB 9 for all 4 categories for extra 25 points.
But a provincial nomination will add 600 points and guaranteed ITA. Saskatchewan and I think New Brunswick are open now.

ang problem po ksi is magkaiba ng last name yung common-law husband ko and yung brother nia. parang inadopt un brother in law ko ng tita nila para makapunta sa Canada nung bata pa. kaya hnggng ngayon hnd pa rin mkuha. anyway mam, nsa Canada ka po ba?

Or your spouse can be the main applicant and you will be the accompanying dependant.
Right now there are no priority occupations for Express Entry so anyone with minimum 1 year work experience can theoretically apply.

CRS C. Skill transferability factors (Maximum 100 points for this section)

    Education

With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher) and a post-secondary degree Points for CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, with one or more under CLB 9
    (Maximum 25 points)
Points for CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities
    (Maximum 50 points)
Secondary school (high school) credential or less 0 0
Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer 13 25
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer 25 50

does this mean kapag Bachelors Degree ka sa ECA sa One Post Secondary lang talaga lapag mo?

  5. #3785
^ Yes. That's right, your interpretation is correct.

No, wish ko lang. Thank you for knowing I'm a ma'am.
Then show the adoption papers or legal proof of your in-laws taking legal custody of your bro-in-law although I'm honestly not sure anymore how it'll be handled in that situation if your bro-in-law is no longer dependent on your common-law partner's parents.
The relationship requirements are more lax for PNPs than they are for FSWP, Which province is your bro in law in?

^kudos to @Illumina, galing galing, clap clap

  7. #3787
^ lol no, I wish, still stuck here, yung b0b0 kong consultant missed the cap for my NOC by 2 days, kung hindi lang niya inupuan ng 3 linggo yung application ko, ang sad.

  9. #3789
hindi pa din ako maka get over sa capped sakin.. iyong 2 friends ko by august pa nila nalaman ang opening then november nakapag send.. ako early october ko nalaman.. then by early december nag send na ako... nov 15 nag capped sa 2133

    T_T

^ congrats fornow! naks MR na!!

  10. #3790

ah ganon ba, marami pa siyang time, hehe

  13. #3793

  14. #3794
^oo nga, sinayang nila, e yun na nga yung madaling pumasok, kasi first come first serve pa, basta pasok ang points mo, kahit ako, kung sa EE ako inabot, mahihirapan din ako, ayoko pa naman kumuha ng IELTS ulit, para pataasin,a ng mahal kasi e, LOL

  15. #3795

    http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express...ast-rounds.asp

based sa list 453 ang pinakamababang score...march 27 and april 17..

  18. #3798
@ fornow: good move. I was 2174. Hindi ako exactly 2173 so I couldn't do what you did. Good luck with your medicals! sana the third time's the charm for me. Na-eliminate sa massive backlog yung very first app ko.

@ lordhades that 200 slots you saw before did not consider the pending applications received at CIO unfortunately, weird talaga yung pag-update ng CIC. Pareho tayong we should've gone for a different NOC instead, oh well.

  20. #3800
Yup, it's Ontario PNP, they recently launched a stream for Express Entry but by random invite only.
