Congrats. And soon, god willing, WELCOME TO CANADA na talaga.
For the medicals, iwasan muna ang lechon, sisig, isaw, and other fatty and cholesterol rich foods. Iwasan din magpuyat. Also, drink lots of Bear Brand sterilized milk the night before para malinis ang x-ray. Good luck. Keep us posted.

    Good day!

Just like to ask if there are applicants here that sent their application when the NOC cap is almost filled?

I sent my application kasi June 02 and was recieved by CIO June 07 (confirmed via courrier online tracking)... When I sent the application, the number of applications received for architects was already 915. As I checked today, the number of applications received went up to 932. I have not yet received any email from CIO. When can I expect an email from CIO? Since malapit na mapuno ang cap ng achitects eh pansin ko, mas bumibilis mapuno *** cap. Do you think it's safe to assume na aabot ang application ko before mareach ang 1000 sa cap since they received it while it's still below 1000 applications?

    Any feedback is highly appreciated.

    Salamat mga fellow PEXers.

every year ba may changes sa FSW list? di ba this July 2011 they'll update us w/ some changes. kasi baka by 2012 pa kami mag-apply bec. may iba pang paperwork na di ready. pag over 51 y/o na ang applicant, may chance pa bang ma-approve as long as nasa FSW ang occupation?

(yung ibang march nagsubmit e meron ng PPR!)

ano kayang posibleng reason kung bakit wala pa?

Advisable ba na mag-email let siya? (naemail na kasi niya ang CEM. Heheh!)
no need. no update means that the file is still in process. medyo bumabagal pero ganun talaga. mas hassle pag nakulitan sa kanya ang VO. anyways, while waiting read lang kayo dito sa Migrate to Canada site. Maraming matututunan dito.

    Hi hadieya,

It doesn't necessarily mean that you'll fail only because of your age, there are corresponding points depending on you age, check this out:

you may also check the other factors that should be met:

Good day, mag ask na rin po ako about my intention to apply there in Canada, particularly Manitoba. Here is the situation,,, yung wife ko may tita sya na nasa Winipeg, bale pinsan yun ng mama nya. While looking at Manitoba site http://www2.immigratemanitoba.com/br...n_methods.html, may dalawang option kami para pumunta. One is yung Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Workers and the other one is yung Family Sponsorship Program. Question ko po, ano mas mabilis at mas maganda dito? Pwede po bang ako ang maging principal applicant kahit tita ng asawa ko yung nandun? Thanks!

" Note: you can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or registered as an Indian under the Indian Act. "

... Nag iisa lang sister ko sa canada (permanent resident) and wala kaming ibang relatives dun. pasok kaya ako sa category na to pag inisponsoran nya ako? Im more than 22y.o. na ***. thanks!

By applying to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program you are stating to the province that you intend to move, settle and stay in Manitoba. The MPNP is not to be used as a "quick and easy" way to come to Canada. Manitoba is in need of skilled workers. This is why the MPNP was developed. If you do not plan on staying in Manitoba please do not apply.

Yes pagkaalam ko puwede. I'm not sure lang if s/he waives the right to sponsor his/her parents (if still alive) later on when the adult sibling is already in Canada. As you probably know, parents are "sponsor-able" at any time, at any age, by a permanent resident.
