Here's how to reserve a unit in Arista Place, or in any DMCI Homes development:

It may be reserved for thirty days by presenting a Reservation Fee or PHP20,000 pesos of downpayment per unit, and the following documents:

- Photocopy of two valid IDs (i.e. passport, driver's license);
- Tax Indentification Number (TIN);
- Reservation Agreement signed by buyer; and
- Buyers Information sheet signed by buyer.

Please submit the fee and the specified documents within thirty days; otherwise your reservation may be cancelled and the fee may be forfeited.

So this is The Asian Hospital, where my mom used to say it isn't because of how it looks. Well, honestly, I've never seen this one but looking at it in the photo, I would be mistaking it to, say a 5- star hotel. The contemporary look is so descent, and the ambiance seems good. DMCI Homes built this one. I'm quite impressed.
