Last time, I was even encouraging him to start a blog ..... but after that, I got no further reply from him.
** I have yet to encounter something supernatural myself ..... I dont have any plans to be perceptive to ghosts anytime soon. Hehe.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) I have more than a few close friends who have had multiple ghostly encounters ..... one of which is so perceptive to ghosts, his ghostly encounters are similar to those from the The Sixth Sense.
I'll try to post some of those true stories here soon (most of which I've already posted long ago in another forum).

^ I'm very interested to find out what is the relevance of ghosts having clear & blurred faces ...... my ghost-hunter friend has repeatedly emphasized that majority of ghostly incidents have blurred faces.
He told me that some of his friends (some of them medical doctors) have even dared to go very near the ghost just to investigate the blurred face .... talagang hindi daw makita ang facial features.
Hope I come in contact with him again to get more of his expert inputs.
I'm still trying to look for the ghost stories from my ghost-whisperer kumpare ...... I dont want to have to re-type them, lest I leave out some important details. I'll post as soon as possible.
Anyways, here's one relativelty short ghostly encounter from a colleague from my old job here in Laguna.
An Engineer colleague in our company was assigned to work in B/shift (2pm-10pm) ...... after his shift, he decided to go home to his parents house in Batangas City instead of his boarding house in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Even if Batangas City was far, it was easy for him to go home since he has his own car & it was already 10pm - meaning there was absolutely no traffic at all going home.
Anybody who is familiar with the South, knows that traversing the STAR TOLLWAY is the easiest & fastest way to reach the Batangas area.
My friend was cruising somewhere along the STAR TOLLWAY when all of a sudden he felt that he was not alone in his car ...... he looked in the rearview mirror & there was a white-lady in the seat just behind him ..... the lady ghost was silent & made no movements at all.
My friend tried his best not to get distracted, lest he he crash & hurt himself in an accident ....... he looked away & prayed silently for a few minutes.
After a few minutes of praying, he bravely looked again in the rearview mirror ...... unfortunately, the lady was still there. He sped up & just before reaching the tollgate, the lady was already gone.
My friend was absolutely shaking when he told this story to me & our other colleagues ...... he never used the STAR TOLLWAY again during the night time, same with our other colleagues from Batangas.
@takaki, thanks in advance for the stories you will be sharing.
I have heard that IF a ghost appeared and made a sighting and you were able to see their WHOLE face (not blurred, which is very common) it is a very very bad omen which could translate to the death of the person. Not sure though with the veracity of this claim, and no, I don't want any proof or whatsoever.
Oh by the way, I wonder how's @jnienna doing... I hope she's doing ifne.
My grandpa died with the Dona Paz. Yung barkong nasunog and lumubog with the most number of people dead in naval accidents during 1980's. I live in a house beside a church. The day na lumubog yung barko, we heard 3 knocks. The knocks can be heard anywhere in the house and in the church. My auntie was in the bathroom, as if someone was knocking in teh bathroom. I was in my room and I heard the knock at the door. Our maid was in the sala, and she heard the knock at the frontdoor, my twin brother was in the church, knocks were heard in the pulpit since that is the only thing made of wood at that time in the church.
I don't believe in ghosts that much but that was my experience... kinda unexplainable... Until now everyone was wondring, who knocked at the door...
^ I used to read a lot of Jaime Licauco articles ..... IIRC taps or knocks were signs of spirits, etc saying their thanks to people they wish to thank.
Above story reminded me of another ghostly encounter from yet another friend (colleague) of mine from work.
This ghostly encounter took place during that fateful day (July 1993) when the pagoda tragedy happened in Bocaue, Bulacan.
My friend lived in a village very near the Bocaue river ..... just before the festivities was about to begin, his friends dropped-by his house trying to convince him to join them.
Fortunately, he was knee-deep in his studies (he was still an Engg student at the time) and had to refuse their offer.
While the festivities were ongoing, he was sitting by his desk, quietly reading his school books ..... all of a sudden, he noticed that the necklace (with pendant) he was wearing, was floating until it was just in-level with his face.
He could not believe what he was seeing ..... he then heard a great commotion outside his house, people shouting, etc ..... he immediately went out of the house & saw many bodies being carried from the river.
The pagoda tragedy had just happened ..... many of his friends died that day.
Nice! Keep the stories coming guys.

Yesterday afternoon, our youth group decided to clean the hall of the old school building (na hindi na ginagamit ngayon, at lumipat na rin ng ibang location yung school so it serves as venue na lang for Church activities/meetings) beside our parish. May activity kasi kami tomorrow and wala kaming time to clean today.
Busy kami maglinis dahil sobrang kapal na ng alikabok sa hall at anlaki laki ng hall (it can accommodate 200++ persons). Then it started raining na may kasama pang kulog at kidlat. This hall and this old school has reputation na maraming nagpapakita and I personally experienced around 4 sightings and some unexplained noises sa school na 'to.
Made some 'Misteryo' marathon. Interesting features on some of haunted places outside the Metro. But for those who's looking for that scare factor malamang masasabi nila na 'panira talaga yung si Adam Reyes' (not sure if i got the name correctly). But Ana Dela Cruz', Psychic/Medium, episodes with the unknown sure looks creepy, especially that one that involved a 'soldier'.
This should be a bit off-topic. Apologies.
Since the other forum has veered off from ghosts to that of another kind .... might as well post this story from yet another colleague of mine.
This lady friend of mine was a longtime Technician/Operator from my previous work. She was already in her 30's when she resigned from work to get married & settle down with her husband.
Her husband wanted to start a sugpo/fish-farming business and was able to secure a spot somewhere in Iwahig, Palawan ..... I cant recall whether her husband owned or rented the place.
Iwahig is best known as the site of a penal colony housing minimum-security prisoners.
It's said to be more farm than prison .... also, it's located in a remote area, hence prisoner escapes are unlikely.
Anyways, my friend & her husband's sugpo/fish-farm was in a very remote spot accesible through a small town. As soon they arrived, very strange things occured:
** When they first passed through the small town, a few of the locals would look at them in a very strange way .... in my friends words "parang galit na naninindak".
** During night time, they would hear animal-like sounds circling around their small nipa-hut (by the way, that particular area has no electricity).
** As the days passed, the sounds got louder & closer to their hut; often accompanied by a very foul smell. Again in my friends words "amoy nabubulok na karne".
** The few times they went to town, the same few locals still looked at them the same way.
** By this time, my friend's husband was getting peeved & was fully aware of what was happening. They were being targetted by a group of aswang.
** It got to the point that the husband got so mad, that he would step out of the house at night to shout abuse & challenges to whoever was out there ex. sometimes they would see figures in the distance.
At times, the husband would even wander off to the forests for days, seemingly in a hunt for aswangs (yes, my brave friend was left alone by her brave husband at times).
For whatever reason, the harrasment soon decreased until one day it totally stopped.
Unfortunately, their farm did not succeed. My friend told me that sugpo-fry were very susceptible to disease & often easily die.
They soon returned to Laguna - with my friend returning back to our old company. She has since resigned again, to devote her time being a mother & a housewife.
^reminds me of the aswang episode of mark anthony fernandez and tanya garcia in shake, rattle and roll
^ parang hayop din pala. Basta ipakita mong di ka takot, di ka susugurin. Wow, thanks for sharing.
yay! may thread 2 na di ko pa tapos thread 1. keep those scary stories coming!
It's been said that when you're in a remote place & you encounter a person looking at you like they were sizing you up .... dont shrink back & look away, lest they will consider you a target.
