just wanna ask if INDRA is very particular or biased to hiring applicants from the BIG 3 universities and mapua for the post of BUSINESS ANALYST??? Im looking at the profiles of people in linkedin that worked or working in INDRA seeing that ALL or almost all came from the BIG 3 and mapua. hope you can enlighten me on this. and hoping that this not true..

I really hope that I can prove you that what you are thinking is wrong, if they will hire me. I myself didn't graduate from a well known college but tried applying to this prestigious company. I love this company and want to be a part of it.

Oh! Wag naman.. Kasi may kakilala ako dun na employee, 2 sila which is from Ateneo and La Salle..Tapos yung kasabay ko nag apply is from UP...huhuhu... That would be unfair naman kung ganun...Maybe karamihan lang siguro sa nag-apply eh galing sa 3 big universities...

I cannot deny that majority of the employees come from the BIG 4 (Correction lang, *ehem ehem*). But I know some employees from Mapua, AMA, San Beda and some other universities.

hi guys, napansin ko *** puro tungkol sa java dev ang usapan dito.hehe.as ko *** kay mam mich tungkol sa sitwasyon ko, i';m a fresh grad kasi last oct *** ako gmraduate, ang inapplyan ko is for business analyst sa indra, Information Systems po ang course na natapos ko sa UST, may nagtext sakin kanina na iniinvyt ako magexam bukas for the position of junior java developer, e ang inapplyan ko po e business analyst.pano po magwowork un? tia po

San beda is also one of the universities we're looking up to. if not from the BIG 3, It should at least be an IT school or specializing on it I think because they wouldn't include the words (FRESH GRADUATES) for business analyst post because most of the companies are into experience since this is not just a simple job that needs analytical skills and a lot of thinking tasks. hmmm.... It already came from ms. michy and attested to my point of view being a current employee of Indra. Now it's clear. thank you ms. michy at least I/we wouldn't expect much. btw, I think you came from mapua =)
