I think we already interacted and I believe you're undergrad? If you are, you MUST complete 2 years college AND you MUST have 6 mos RECENT call center experience. Experience and how you did with your application will be basis for your basic salary. I hope this is clear. TY.

applied earlier, grabe strict pala sila sa grammar dito,
we didnt do ice breaker anymore just tell me about yourself initial interview, i cant believe i failed the initial. i know ok naman grammar ko and intonation.

its sad, kasi i cant believe yung barkada ko na mas di maruong sa gramma eh agent na dito. siguro kasi na blank ako saglit kanina.
