    so you mean regardless if the undergrad applicants capabilities be it if such exceeds that of graduates, he/she still will not be hired or given the said salary? I mean afterall, if its a new account.. therefore its the same training still right?

    Applicant should meet minimum reqt of 6 mos recent cc exp and must complete 2 rs coll. If theseconditions are met,basic salary will depend on exp and how applicant did with prequalifying exams and interviews.
