Eto call center pa din. Magiisang taon na sa October, parang kelan lang kakagraduate lang, kakatake lang ng board exams. Ang bilis ng panahon. Haha. Nakakapagod din sumagot ng calls, nakakapagod din maging empleyado.

Pag nagboom talaga tong isa kong raket tapos pag kumita na ko, magreresign na ko. Yeah! Konting puhunan lang galing sa sinweldo ko sa pagiging call center agent, konting tulungan (teamwork kungbaga) at malaking pangarap, PASOK!

Wala namang madali sa buhay eh, dapat talaga pinagpupursigihan kung gusto mong makuha mga pangarap niyo. Kahit papano di ako manghihinayang kasi magagamit ko kahit pano yun nursing ideas ko dito eh. Gusto niyo itry? Kayo ng bahala. Ako inuunti-unti ko na mga pangarap ko. Ikaw magpapahuli ka pa ba?

Kung gusto niyong itry, wala namang mawawala. Opportunity na to eh, db? Message niyo lang ako kung gusto niyo, para maipakita ko sa inyo. Ipapakita ko lang yun opportunity na pinasok ko kaya ganito ako kapositive, malay mo magustuhan mo. Sanggang-dikit tayo niyan.

• Experience in team interactions
• Outsourcing operations experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issues
• Strong communication both written and oral
• Strong motivational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• A working knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel skills
• Highly proficient in report writing, business communication
• Knowledge of medical management process and ability to interpret and apply member contracts, member benefits, and managed care products., preferred
• Prior managed care experience, preferred

Others

• Able and willing to work U.S. time and as needed, overtime hours (i.e., night shift)
• Philippine employees able to travel to and work in Mandaluyong and Quezon City
• Additional tasks may be assigned by your Immediate Supervisor/Project Manager
Working Conditions
• Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
• Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
• Overtime and On-Call may be required

I'm a also a registered nurse but as of now "Resting Nurse" Hahay. i only took up this course because my parents forced me and that time it was in demand. I never see myself working as a nurse kaya kahit anong training hindi ako kumuha. it's been almost 2 years pero feeling ko wala na akong patutunguhan. Kaya eto, i have decided to shift career to IT.
