i think it also has to do with the number of characters on some of your answers and avoid using all caps. tapos the number of your liked interests. i got to complete them somehow kaya naka access na ako sa avatar, etc.

As long as the animated gifs can be uploaded as an avatar, it can be used as such.

i still don't get how to upload animated GIF avatars...can the avatar be under the format .gif ? cuz i've tried many times, with different sizes even below 100x100 pixels and below 21kb but i failed each one

is there any other format besides .GIF that can be used as an animated pex avatar?

Just fill up your profile under account settings then edit profile
