-Manages the set-up of new U.S. based payroll clients (business-to-business) into ADPís payroll systems.
- To perform a thorough verification of data and data encoding.
- To ensure efficient and accurate set-up and successful transition to the Implementation Associates.
- To conduct outbound calls to validate or confirm information
- To complete the set-up with Implementation specialists verbally and through written communication.
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
At least 7 months BPO experience.
High volume, problem resolution, technical clients services experience.
Good tenure with previous companies. (at least 1 year per company)
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules.
Must be willing to work at the RCBC Plaza, Makati.
Must be willing to start on May 7, 2012.
NOTE: This is non-voice/back office but will involve a few calls, mostly for validation & follow-ups.
