you have to concider kung gaano ka ka sigurado na kaya mo bayaran.

you may be well off right now, but how about your future. mahirap mawalan ng condo, specially after paying for more than two years of the contract term.

ensure your income first.

Consider buying a townhouse instead para may lupa ka. As I said before, condos are not good an investment.
