read more^Hindi naman sa ganun. Isipin nyo na lang nasa library na kayo, the information that you need is there at your disposal. Di naman yata pwede sabihin sa librarian na pakikuha nga yung ganitong libro tapos pakibasa at paki summarize na din.
Most of the time kasi it's the same questions that we've encountered that's why we took the initiative of creating threads that will answer most of the questions here. We just want to avoid spoonfeeding as much as possible. Kung sa paghahanap pa lang ng info na kinakailangan nyo eh parang tinatamad na kayo what more pagsabak nyo sa training and making your own meal plan?
Wag nyo sana masamain but the regular posters here are actually contributing A LOT and most of all it's FREE. Try nyo mag enroll sa mga commercial gyms and magtanong sa mga PT regarding sa mga info na nandito na and if you won't end up geting their services I highly doubt they would entertain you everytime you have questions.
Kaya sana yung iba dyan eh wag ng magparinig pa porket di pinansin.![]()

for losing weight, eat two meals a day lang. then for the 3rd meal, eat cereal. very effective sakin. super payat ko na. for the flabs sa armpits, effective pa rin yung weights. kung ayaw mo, go for dancing focusing on arm movements. maganda din to to lose belly fats, tsaka sa thighs. kahit 30 min a day, solve na. nag.enjoy ka pa.
P.S. kung wala kang magandang sasabihin, wag k nlang magreply db. kasi people are here to discuss **** talaga, hindi mangbara. cheers![]()
Ngayon ko lang nabasa ito. Oo nga, sana no need to be rude when it comes to responding questions from newbies. Hindi natin alam if may technical background sila or what, so first time nila magbrowse ng ganitong klasing community, Hindi sila familiar sa search feature. At least we should be polite in answering their basic questions, if not answering eh guiding naman in a polite manner. Thats why namention nung TS na posters should LISTEN, sana hindi lang siya one-sided. Dapat they hear also from newbies (except yung mga trollers or spammers). Just my two cents, opinion ko lang po.
friendly naman dito infer.
I believe people are here not only to know some things, but also to interact and get answers straight from the horses' mouth.
These people ask questions because they think that they could get real-time answers from the "experts". They lack knowledge and they want to be informed, at the same time, interact. Making them look stupid won't do any better.
I've got nothing against "helping themselves" and "raising intelligence". But if I were the one who asked and got a reply of "^isa pa ito...", I might as well not visit this site anymore, and rather ask google regarding all my future queries. Arrogance at its best.
Difference of PEx from Google?
Google=search engine; PEx=Forum
I suggest we answer everybody politely. Only few are jack of all trades. We don't want to be experiencing the same treatment once we're on their shoes.
^ I give u props men
basta tanong lang kayo ng tanong, madaming friendly dito na makakasagot sa inyo. Open minded naman kami dito e.
^ some yes. Some.. douchbags. You can read it in the forums. hehehe esp. at ppp and rot.
ganun talaga dun sa rot, religion kase dun e. At least dito mga techniques lang, no right or wrong, what works for you, go for it.
If a poster asks a question and it seems stupid and irritating that you can hardly stand it, just ignore it instead of answering it rudely. Just let other posters give a polite and honest answer to that question.
If each poster has this in mind, we can maintain harmony in a thread and help more people along the way. When this process continues and becomes a cycle, a thread survives as time passes by.
Anyway, this thread will eventually die a natural death due to lack of interaction between the forumers unless this becomes sticky.
^The problem is, most of the time, people ask the same questions over and over again and that's fine..the repliers will then answer the same question over and over again too and that's fine too(at least for me). this makes the answer, most of the time, appear stern, not thought out and almost feels like a BS advice. eto lang po ang naoobserve ko kung bakit sometimes people get offended kagad, pag sinagot, it's often stern and straight forward, but these are genuine answers and often mistaken as rude or impolite.
other cause naman is disagreements, some people here will sometimes disagree with your posts. but this does not mean na nangaaway na sila, the human mind hates to see someone disagree with them and think of it as a threat instead of constructive knowledge. kaya it often ends up with mudslinging because they feel threatened and compelled to defend and tend to be biased with their own opinions.
and there are occasional trolls, but it's rare.
one last thing, it may appear robotic, stern and a 'not thought out' post but we mean it when we say "read the sticky"![]()
Hi, newbie in this thread!
Hahaha! I will argue for you.
With all due respects to learned gym masters here, there is a lot if sense in doing newbie talks. "I want to be huge, ripped and strong." That is an expression of desire, and desire fuels motivation, motivation sustains one to health and fitness.
The gym world is divided between the ripped jock and the embarassed newbie. A jock knows what exact pose, weight and angle to do a back extension to strengthen the gluteus. A newbie, by definition, does not yet know how to set targets and even what sensible question to ask. He wants to peep into this world and try out and be fit. Oftentimes, the gym environment is unfriendly and views a newbie, who is clumsily trying a machine wrongly, as a distraction and a mild amusement.
I think we should be welcoming to all types of people, of all levels of fitness and gym knowledge.
I was walking on my way home from work when I happened to pass by a group of kids and then I heard one of them blurted out, "He's so fat." I was so embarrassed that I blushed, instantly. I walked as fast as I can to hide away from them. I was like "I ****ing hate these kids! So damn judgmental"but I know I hate myself even more for turning into a blob of lard.

I am guilty of this. It can be really annoying to see people ask questions when the answers are already posted. IMO, most of the people who post this questions would want the answer just like what Google delivers. It can be tiring to sift through page after page in this information overdrive age. Nasanay na kasi tayo na paglagay ng subject sa search engine eh andyan na agad ang sagot. Someone posted that treat this as a library where you have to search book by book. That is cool but in this time, madami na ang short ang attention span and want their answers in one click. And for sure, no one will even read this post. OR kung meron man, thanks for noticing.
