Baka po kasi nka inside measurement yung floorplan na prnesent sknya before. kaya instead of 24sqm e nging 22 sqm *** sa actual.
Inside measurements basically means the measurement of the inside dimensions of the unit, then computing for the area, not taking into account the actual thickness of the perimeter walls and materials.
Example below:
Of course the thickness of the common walls (unit divisions) should be only half in the computation.

If your friend can get a copy of the unit plan blue prints, the better. Also, your friend needs to verify this with the agent, and the agent with DMCI. It is always better to gather as much information as possible before filing a complaint. For all we know, an explanation is just needed here.
DMCI has been in the construction business for years and one of the well know and most trusted. I don't think they would give out incorrect specifications.
Just my two cents.
Cheers,
Neo
I agree with Neo. Aside from that, counted na rin yung 3" ng property wall mo.
basahin nya uli contract, may nakalagay ata dun na "actual measurements may vary depending on the site condition."![]()
