nabanggit one time ni Mr. Cyberfunk na renting sets of scaffolding is one way to save cost din.... matanong ko lang po, san po ba nakakarent ng mga ganito? pag sinabi bang set complete na ito like this one?

mga ilang sets more or less ang kakailangin if building a house from scratch? thanks in advance for your inputs.

A set would be just a pair with the cross braces. The caster wheels are optional and usually sa finishing na lang kailangan yan. Kung nasa construction stage you might need several shoring jacks. Shoring jacks are used as "pang tukod" It's basically a piece of pipe with a screw jact that you can adjust the height. You can use scallfold for pang tukod too. you just need those adjustable shoring jacks.

if you want to buy it pwede ka naman mag order from Cebu... tulungan kita

I think yung one set nito ay nasa Php 678.00 only 5 different sizes

ang pinaka malaki nilang size ay nasa 24

I wouldn't really recommend granite tiles for your countertops as it will create more seams. Might as well use granite slabs for your countertops para mas matibay at buo tignan yung countertop mo.

Should the cost be your primary concern, don't worry. China granites cost from Php750-1k++ per m2. Italy granites, on the other hand, range from 2k-3k per m2.

Just be prepared to walk the length of T Alonzo to and canvass.

Go first to MacKenzies to do get handrail and handles.

LED Lamps, I still find them costly. There's several Lighting stores on T Alonzo so shop around.

Water closets, I find pozzi cheaper in Home depot and Wilcon.

I agree with arnolds, MacKenzies din ako kumukuha ng handles.
Canvas muna kayo 3-5 stores before kayo bumili. yung iba nag bibigay ng free, like if buy ka ng 30 pinlights, may libreng T5 lights. hehe

Pre fabs are economical for housing projects where the materials are redundant. For a single dwelling that you will order custom built it will be more expensive than the conventional method. Unless, you will design your house around their components.

    More ideas please.

@cyberfunk, if for 6-door apartment, do you think prefab walls will save me a bunch, or konti lang?

Not much. Better stick to the conventional method. If you're building village then it will be economical.

    San pa ba pwedeng makamura?

Plano ko ipa convert yun bahay ko nun single pa ako. Nakatira na kasi ako with my husband sa bahay nila. May bungalow house na ako sitting on a 170 sqm lot. More or less 160 sqm ang flr area including the garage area

Magkano ang usual cost for demoliton? Totoo ba na 45k ang magagastos dito?

Magkano magpa hauling? 1k daw each trip. Mga 6 trips daw yon

Plan ko itayo ay 5 door apartment. Tig 35 sqm lot area each unit and 40 sqm floor area each unit na 2-story each

Mura na ba ang 400k para sa:
Total Labor ng workers excluding demolition and hauling

    Metal furring for ceiling
    Gypsum board 9mm thick
    Other ceiling works (screw, etc)
    Paint flat for interior
Plywood for drywall (2 bedroom partitions)
    Pinlights
Elastomeric paint (majority white with touch of a little brown - zen design)
    Plyboard for kitchen cabinet
Anodized window sliding (and all costs for installing anodized windows) and clear glass 1/4" thick
Flush door .6 or .7 wide
Tanguile solid door .7 or .8 wide
