    WIht regards to assistance work.. WHat are the rules or guidelines if their are?

    i mean for example on Bench day, dapat triceps and chest related lang yung asstnce exercises.. Kapag squat day dapat leg related lang, etc..

    Or di pwede mag deviate dun sa example sa pdf? kung anu yung sample dun, yun na ang tama dun?

    Im still trying to bulk up some more.. i just came from a 20 week SS 5x5 with my military press and deadlifts stalling..

    Im trying to increase my arms and back size.. siguro a month or two's worth pwede na..
