sayang hindi ko na ma-view yung pictures na pinost mo. anyway, i'm also scouting for suppliers for palochina furniture in binan. could you pls pm me the contact details of your supplier? balak kong magpagawa ng 2 pcs of pullout beds (semi-double, 48"). so far, sa tatlong napagtanungan ko, lahat sila nasa 8k per bed.

repurpose of wooden pallets is good, but we also need to make sure that these materials are safe. we have to consider what it carried - or we might be unconsciously bringing harmful chemicals or bacteria in our home.

do you have any idea of how this verification can be done in the Philippines?

pinoys have been buying furniture made of reclaimed palochina. i haven't heard of any untoward incidents resulting from the use of these furniture due to the nature of the items the pallet previously carried.

also, especially in Mega Manila, many of us are unconsciously bringing home everyday harmful chemicals, insects, bacteria and other microorganisms, especially if one is a commuter.

Personally, if I am going to use reclaimed palochina for beds, and I would want them to last, I would always go for 6 legs the minimum for more support, especially if the bed is wider than the width of the single-sized bed which is 36 inches. The reason being palochina is a soft wood.

Between palochina and real tanguile, I would always go for Tanguile.

you play billiards (your email address)? kasi iyong palochina dining table ko ay may hidden bilyaran.
