You can always ask HR. Mababait naman ang HR. I am pretty sure they are more than willing to assist you. Mas advantageous na nga on your end kasi nasa loob ka na eh.

if i was already interviewed na but didn't make it. pwede pa ba na mag-apply for other positions? i mean baka kasi may 6month waiting period or parang blocked ka na. wala naman ganun dito diba?

You have to wait for six months if you officially failed the screening process. As far as I know, an applicant is marked with "Fail" or something to that extent kapag hindi talaga pasado.

Marami na nagpa-refer sa akin na ganyan. Kaya sayang din. I am not from HR so I do not know if the people I am referring had prior encounters with Citi Shared Services. Sa HR ko nalang nalalaman because may tracker sila ng applicants. Kaya ko rin sinasabi sa previous thread na yung mga na-process na within the last six months huwag na muna magre-apply pero meron parin ibang makulit.

Nako, sorry, hindi ko masasagot yan. Depende rin kasi talaga yan sa needs ng department at sa availability ng FTE. Nagkataon lang siguro walang vacant FTE kaya temp lang muna ang kailangan nila.

Try to backtrack the old thread of Citi Shared Services. It is somewhere in The Working Filipino forum pero medyo recent pa naman. Baka nasa Page 5 onwards. Meron yata doon comparison.

But in a nutshell, as how I understand the organization, Citi Shared Services is under Citibank N.A. while Citigroup Business Process Solutions Inc. is a different entity on its own. But we are all part of "One Citi".

Majority of the functions in Citi Shared Services are leaning towards accounting functions (e.g. Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting etc.).

If your experience in handling financial accounts is related to retail or consumer banking (e.g. credit cards, customer service etc.), you may want to try Citibank N.A.'s Global Consumer Group which is in Libis. Yun nga lang, marami kasing HR sa Citi. Iba HR nila sa HR namin.

Thank you much for the prompt reply. Follow-up question lang po. Yung Citibank N.A. Global Consumer Group sa Libis, parang callcenter din po ba yun? I mean, do they also take calls everyday? kasi po, the reason I'm interested to apply at Citi Shared Services is because I'm under the impression that CSS is a back office. Being a customer service rep for 5 years, I would like to try something different (aside from taking calls) this time. If possible, I would really appreciate if you can refer me to CSS. Thank you.
