NON-VOICE/BACK OFFICE ACCOUNT
(17-20K basic+ allowances+performance bonus+ a privilege to work for the world's second largest brand!)
1. Purely admin work
2. Saturday and Sunday ang off (fixed)
3. Fixed graveyard shift
4. Double Pay if you come to work on a US Holiday. ( siempre kapag RP holiday din)
5. If the client tells us not to come to work on a federal holiday, we will still be paid. (san ka pa)
6. You have the freedom to bring in your cellphones, iphones, foods and even drinks on the floor since it’s not a typical call center environment—A privilege you can enjoy while with the company.
7. Loads of petiks time!
8. No English Only Policy (since we don’t usually take calls. We do, but once in a blue moon lang) But this doesn’t mean that we don’t speak English at all.
9. You can choose to work in your preferred site (Makati, Libis, Philcoa)
10. Very competitive salary and benefits based on your experience (not necessarily call center experience).. But experience in a call center, back office or admin work environment is an advantage
