Saging con yelo. Naalala ko nung bata ako. Sa amin may nagtitinda nito, P5 lang. Buong saba pa haha.

namimiss ko na mga kapitbahay ko sa pinas, I always remember every summner, nung bata pa kami, our elderly neighbors like to cook food or prepare meriandas just for the fun of it, and would serve them in their garage or yards, ang saya and they would just sell it to us in very affordable prices. katuwaan lang talaga ng subdivision namin.

We would go house to house a day, for me halo-halo or mais con yelo pag sobrang init, minsan fruit or milk shake with bananacue.

Palabok or malabon, bihon with coke or pepsi, binatog with melon juice or halo halo drink, and pork barbecue or inihaw na mais. kakamiss.

Besides Halu-halo, I normally crave for turon with langka stuffed inside. May kakaibang tamis ang langka.

Definitely halo-halo. For me, Chowking is good because of its availability around the metro.

halo-halo (must have a leche flan topping)

scoops of ripe mango, with chocolate syrup streaks in a glass, topped with several scoops of mango ice cream

sliced bananas in a glass, sprinkled with condensed milk, and topped with several scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

plain vanilla ice cream layered with lots of caramel fudge in a tall parfait glass.
