Hi, I've been reading this thread and interested din ako itry yung Ultimate. Medyo nahihiya lang ako sumali dun sa practice sa Meralco though, kasi super wala pa kong alam haha. Kamusta naman sila sa beginners lang?

Sa Meralco lang ba sila may beginner's night? May actual training ba muna? Nakakahiya kasi baka biglaan na papasalihin sa actual game, magkakalat lang ako for sure LOL. Update naman po sa mga nakapunta, thanks!

ganito siya usually... we start with warm up jogging and stretching, tapos ihihiwalay *** first timers sa madalas nang andun sa mga monster na, hehe... the first-timers will be taught the basic throws, catching, and i think ineexplain na rin *** rules ng games, etc. may mga drills naman for the not-so-beginners pero bano pa rin (present!) and sa mga halimaw na. pagdating ng 9pm, magbbreak into groups na to play the game. usually may magaling na kasama *** mga beginners when they play... importante kasing you get the feel of the game para maintindihan mo *** drills na pinagagawa sa iyo...

Dagdag ko lang na mabait yung mga coaches. Nag-solo ako when I started sa beginner's night and they were very nice. Eventually mawawala din ang hiya-hiya!

things to bring:
1. sporty clothes - shorts and shirt na pwede pawisan, preferrably may light and dark shirt ka, just in case... and rubber shoes, or cleats kung meron ka...

2. extra clothes - pampalit after

3. P80.00 - fee for the field

i will PM you my number. text mo na lang ako if you arrive early, i can meet up with you. i get off from work naman at 5 (unless may OT ako, hehe) and dun lang din naman ako nagwowork... pero you can also go directly sa field... 8pm *** start ng beg night...
