Sorry, just read your post... Wala naman rain so tuloy na yan, and beg night lang gumagamit ng field from 8-10pm... And sa start they will ask kung sino first timers... Iba kasi drills ng mga nakailang beses na sa beg night... Ü i'm actuall here already sa meralco, another group is using the field pa...

Beg nights held by PUA is mondays at meralco and thursdays sa cuenca... Lag weekends, pwede kang magpaturo sa mga teams na naglalaro sa up, pinaglabanan, luneta, etc.

No need to bring your disc... Sa beg night, maraming disc dun na dala ng PUA... Sa heads up, you get a free disc (well, you paid for it pala, part ng reg fee, hahaha)...

Definitely, most of the game you will have to be running and sprinting around the field... The only times you will stop id when you are holding the disk, or you're dead tired

lots of running and jumping, change of pace, change of directions, full out sprints covering a large area, kung jogging ka lang inside the field, you will definitely get smoked. so, yeah, it's a good cardio workout.
And if you play basketball, after playing in a full size ultimate field, parang ang liit na ng basketball court, di ka pa nka full sprint, nandun ka na sa kabilang dulo ng court :-)
