i tried na mag gym before and yun sabe nila maglagay muna daw ako ng laman..
Nag gym ako and nag gain ako ng muscles lumaki nga sila
pero muscle n bones ako i mean i have
muscles pero may mga part na lubog like my colar bone.
malaki inimprove ng chest ko tapos yung colar bone ko kitang kita yung tipong walang laman talaga

Based on the above, it tells me that you really don't know what your doing and if you did gain some mass, it was by sheer luck. If your chest did "improve", you should also have gained meat on your shoulders and traps even. That would have well compensated your "sunken" portions.
I'm just basing this on what you mentioned.
I suggest just stick to the different basic 5x5 programs and eat decent. Just give it time and don't expect funny miracles or short cuts. It takes time. Even when done properly.
