    I won't get much on the scientific stuff but its also a good supplement to have once you have been training for some time already.. pero, if you'r relatively new, focus on learning to eat better first

    believe me, mag gym ka, kahit 10 cups of rice kinakaen mo everyday, hindi ka tataba nyan, dahil ectomorph(i assume) ka, yung tipong skinny guys since birth, meron kang fast metabolism, kaya hindi ka tumataba.kahit mag appeton ka hindi eepekto yun.

    i tried na mag gym before and yun sabe nila maglagay muna daw ako ng laman..
    Nag gym ako and nag gain ako ng muscles lumaki nga sila
    pero muscle n bones ako i mean i have
    muscles pero may mga part na lubog like my colar bone.
    malaki inimprove ng chest ko tapos yung colar bone ko kitang kita yung tipong walang laman talaga
    ampangit tignan kasi hindi proportion body ko..
    Ang lumalaki lang yung parts ko na my muscle
    pero yung wala the same padin..so ayun hanap sana ko maka gain ng laman..

    tingin ko may problema sa nutrition mo and maybe also your workout routine, magiging disproportion katawan mo kung puro upper body lang eexercise mo or same part lang lagi.

    Based on the above, it tells me that you really don't know what your doing and if you did gain some mass, it was by sheer luck. If your chest did "improve", you should also have gained meat on your shoulders and traps even. That would have well compensated your "sunken" portions.

    I'm just basing this on what you mentioned.

    I suggest just stick to the different basic 5x5 programs and eat decent. Just give it time and don't expect funny miracles or short cuts. It takes time. Even when done properly.

    hmmm di po kaya masyado mabilis ang metabolism nyo? if thats the case then sgro medyo up mo ang intake mo, and just like what they mention above you should try to have a balance program, most guys that i meet in the gym specially here in my town same at same *** din ang program nila everyday na mag gygym sila, (mostly bench routines)try to tweak your workout program.try to focus more sa mga body parts mo na medyo kapos and give every part of your body some attention. and the most important of all and if what i mention earlier is correct na masyadong mabilis ang metabolism mo, dagdag kain ka ( yun ngang di ka nag wowork out di ka tumataba what more kung nag woworkout ka ur burning calories when you go to the gym so you really need to replace those calories)--> if you want more details or info try to google search magpopost sana ko ng site na pwede makatulong sayo pero baka bawal e so try to do some research n lang good luck hope nakatulong ng konti
