Tuwing kelan ba pwede magtake ng Whey protein? I have been working out for more than a year na. I have lost more or less 40lbs pero still need to lose another 30lbs para makuha yung target weight ko for my height. I would say stocky pa ako may mga taba taba pa.
Kelangan bang normal na *** weight ko before ako magtake ng whey? Or can I take it now while also trying to lose weight pa?
