    With the goal to develop muscles, Eto po ang araw-araw kong kinakain:
    12 Egg Whites
    33 g Oats
    40 g Peanut Butter
    2 Bananas
    500 ml Low Fat Milk
    Chicken Breast/Fish + Veggies(Sorry di ko po alam ang amount. Umoorder lang po ako sa labas.)
    50 g Peanuts

    Enough po ba? Ano po ang pwede kong idagdag considering na tight ang budget ko?

    Yung Peanuts po ay nabibili ko sa grocery. Ok lang po ba yun?

    Please suggest kung ano pa pong idadagdag o imomodify ko.

    mga dre dati 180 pounds ako..hirap na hirap ako mag diet..nakakatamad mag exercise eh..hahah..pero 1 time my sinuggest *** friend ko na prpoduct sakin..c-lium yung name ng product..wow! kahit mejo mapadami yung kain ko basta iinom ako nun nakakapag bawas padin ako ng timbang..

    di ako nag aadvertise mga dre gusto ko lang ishare senyo tong ginagamit ko ngayon..para di lang ako yung natutuwa..hahah..

    I'm 27, 5'7'' and 69plus kg. My goal is to beef up more. Pwede ba diet muna then gain while working out?

    I have some noticeable fats kasi in the stomach, thigh, face etc. and I thought maybe i get rid of them first.

    I dont follow a diet but fruits, bread, noodles, corn flakes and oats are my staple.

    Am I doing this correctly?

    I work out 2to 4x on weekdays and I jog every weekends.

    ^ Focus on body recomposition so you can lean out while maintaining your size then decide if you wanna add more muscle afterwards.

    One thing about your diet that I noticed is you lack protein.

    Is it okay to eat 2:1 protein-carbs and much less fats? I'm trying to the last two pair of abs.

    I am 5'6" something, a little below 140 lbs.

    i just bought mutant mass by mutant kahapon sa cash and carry.... any pexers na nakabili na nito? wala na kasing muscle juice....

    dati ko pa nakikita sa bodybuilding form to mga 2007 pa.. wala nagbebenta sa atin since 2010... ngayon 2012 pagpunta ko sa cash and carry nagbebenta na sila....
