    Pampalakas ng Lungs?

    Anu ba magandang exercise na pampalakas ng baga? bukod sa swimming at biking..

    What kind of jogging ang pwede for beginner to intermediate.. im failing spirometry kasi... need ko magpalakas ng lungs

    ^ I was born premature and have underdeveloped lungs....

    what strengthened my lungs and stamina was doing circuit-type weight training

    TS, after you build a foundation in running (at least 1 hour consistent jogging), you can incorporate hill sprints if weight training is not available.

    Best thing there is ...its free. Don't forget your mobility drills and muscle strengthening though (bodyweight and/or weight training).
