    ah yes.. Evaporated Milk = Alaska, Evaporated Creamer = Carnation.. pero para sa akin parehas lang sila hehehe.

    The brand that has a label evaporada (forgot the exact name), iyon iyong what you get paid for.. Ngayon if technically they (Evaporada and Carnation Evaporated Creamer) are the same eh sa lasa ko hindi... Carnation Evaporated Creamer is Alaska Evaporated Milk with a friendlier price.

    I agree on this. I have been eating this siopao for many years now and I can say that this is the best so far.. super lambot ng dough and super tasty yung filling nya.
