    Sorry too lazy to backread. Is it okay to skip cardio and go straight on weightlifting? Assuming I already did stretching exercises.

    ^ I never did any cardio (or stretching) for warmups... there is a "warmup drills" thread

    There's no requirement to do cardio on weightlifting days.

    ^ if you can bench more than your bodyweight for reps, your arms will look solid. the smith machine puts you in a fixed plane and does not recruit as much muscles as the barbell squat

    Squatting on a smith machine will reduce the benefit to core/abdominal muscles, etc. You are better off learning to squat on the free bar.

    Sir, I want to follow the program but my gym in Batangas doesn't have a bar for chin ups. What exercise/s can I do as a substitute? Meron lang samin barbell, dumbell at pulldown machine.
