* Above average English Communication skills
for Tech support Engineers naman.
* Graduate of Electrical Engineering
* Must be liscensed
* Experience required

Guys kakalipat ko lang ** sa company ko, i came from sykes nga pala.. If you all know sykes is known for their good benefits but not with the basic pay.. that's also the reason why i left... but with my new company i'm very fortunate since first of all they're not a call center, second the basic pay is way much higher than my previous company which is sykes, and 3rd the benefits is much better than sykes. My basic is lower than 20k but including the non taxable allowances it is more than 20k actually 27k total including allowances, and kapag pamilyado ka na just like me and if your married all of your dependents kahit ilan pa anak mo will be free sa health card and its already available to use from starting date with the company. plus may trainings pa abroad kapag kailangan... *** talaga ako masabi sa company na to talong talo ang sykes.... here is an example of my j.o. from them...

Basic salary: they added 40% to my basic from sykes
non taxable allowances: 7k
night diff: 10%
health card: Intellicare 120,000 coverage and all dependents are free if married or single with dependents, available already from day1
dental card: health partners just like intellicare available agad first day of training.
Fixed schedule: mon-friday 9pm-6am ma aadjust lang ng 1 hour kapag dst / sat-sun off
Opportunities for trainings abroad like US, singapore, dubai... esp. for engineers.
lastly you will be proud once ur hir na because you will be working for a fortune 500 company in the US not in a call center.
Requirements:
For Csr/backoffice
must be a graduate of any 4 year course
