I will be working in Makati this May 2 - I BADLY needed your assistance, My budget is 4k to 5k - it's not necessarily that I am renting in the center since my budget is limited - one ride from RCBC Plaza will do. Right now, I am staying in Montalban and I couldn't afford to travel back and forth from Makati to our place, aside it's costly it's really hassle.

Hello! Im a working professional at Makati CBD and I am looking for place to stay at, at least anywhere around the area. A room will be ok. For apartments and condos, I am also looking for a people i can share rent with. Condo sharing is also welcome.

I have a small budget, 3k-5k only. But I am willing to extend just a bit as long a it'd be worth it.

Also, I dont have any furniture. But I don't mind eating and sleeping on the floor for a couple of months until I am able to get some.haha

We have one room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati. Me and my friends are renting that out. Right now, we're four in the house. One room is available for occupancy. The house is near Kalayaan Avenue where you can ride an AYALA or LANDMARK fx to go to Makati CBD. It's also walking distance or maybe one tryc or jeep away to MRT Guadalupe. All CBS's are actually accessible from our place - The Fort, Ayala, Ortigas, Eastwood.

Update: As of now I am currently working in Ortigas.

We have shared room for rent @ Php 4000/month available for immediate occupancy in California Garden Square Condo, Libertad St. Mandaluyong.

Less than a minute jeep ride to EDSA Libertad and less than 30 minute bus ride to Ayala RCBC Plaza.

I have tenants working near Mall of Asia and also in The Fort.
They find the condo accessible and safe place to stay.
