these days I'm usually in bed by 10 pm - when I'm working and there's an event I sleep by midnight - but I wake-up at 4:00 am to check how the asian markets [hsi h-fin sicom fssti sensex or hong kong china singapore india] fared - on weekends I sometimes stay up all night and sleep around 6 am and I wake-up before noon
sleep is overrated lol - I'm okay with 5 hours
Kapag weekday mayroon akong isang oras na siesta. Kapag weekend mga 2-3 oras ang siesta ko.

Sleep 12 or 1 , wake up 5 or 6 am
On Sundays I usually sleep around 10pm cause I have to be up early to go to the bank the next day...the rest of the week I sleep between 1am-2am then I wake up at around 10am. 9-10 hours of sleep is a must for me or else I'll be grumpy the whole day.
7-8 hrs on the average.

tulog - 1:00 AM
gising - 8:30 AM
hours of sleeping - 7.5 hours
weekend:
tulog - 2:00 AM
gising - 11:00 AM
hours of sleeping - 9 hours
sleeping.by.less.than.7.hours.means.1.whole.day.of.being.wasted
I'm trying to sleep more.
I'm gonna try my best to get 8 hrs sleep. It's just a lot better for my health. I use to sleep at 11 wake up and run at 7. I can eat a lot better (perfect diet) and less stressed out.
But because of schedule, like they say mo money mo problems.
But I'm willing to sacrifice for more sleep even if I have to miss shows at night. It's not worth it over your health.
I can't sleep before 10PM even if I lie down. I sleep around 11:30PM. I wake up at 6AM.
Natutulog ako ng 12mn, gising 6am... Kung mag adjust man ang sleeping time ko, nagigising ako after 6 hours.. ganyan naka set ang body clock ko
Dati super puyat, pero buti nawala sa sistema ko, ngayon, mga 9 or 10pm natutulog na ko, gising ng 6.30am. May magagalit kasi pag nagpuyat na.![]()
i usually sleep at around 2-3am and wake up at 10-11am, mga 12 noon na ako pumapasok. pag weekends or walang pasok mga 2-3pm ako bumabangon.
